Oriental Land Company Outlines Eight-Year Plan for Tokyo Disney Resort
Oriental Land Company (OLC) has released two plans outlining their medium-term and long-term goals through 2030 for Tokyo Disney Resort.
The plans focus on guest experience value, including more exclusive experiences, and sustainability.

Pele Soccer Closed at Disney Springs for Vibrant Transformation
Pele Soccer is currently closed at Disney Springs as the location undergoes a vibrant transformation. It’s not clear when the shop will reopen, but a brand new green exterior looks to be complete.

Only thing that was interesting to me, was they had Madame Leota’s Granddaughter doing a ride through of the Haunted Mansion and giving little Easter eggs.
They did the same thing with the Tower of Terror and one of the Imagineers.
Nothing new in terms of news out of it.

Disney Cruise Line Provides Update on Lighthouse Point During the 10th Eleuthera Business Outlook
All necessary approvals have been granted by the Government of The Bahamas to start landside work. The Bahamian Government approved a test pile program on the marine side and that work is nearly complete. The site plan was approved in February 2022 and preparation work at the site has started. Disney is currently expecting completion in 2024 which is on track based on the development update presented during the 9th Eleuthera Business Outlook in August 2021.

Characters Return to Frontierland Hoedown Happening at Magic Kingdom
Characters have returned to the Frontierland Hoedown Happening, which happens at intervals throughout the day at Magic Kingdom.
The hoedown returned last month, but characters were missing and only Cast Members participated.
The Cast Members and characters dance in the street outside Frontier Trading Post.

Celebrating World Wish Day at Walt Disney World Resort
Today, we’re joining our friends at Make-A-Wish to celebrate World Wish Day on the anniversary of the wish that inspired the founding of Make-A-Wish 42 years ago. It’s an important day for all of us, especially our cast members who make Disney wishes come true for wish kids and their families. It’s also a special day for our cast members who are wish alumni (former wish recipients), and we got to create some magic for two of these wish alumni who were invited to take on the very special role of Grand Marshals during the “Festival of Fantasy Parade” at Magic Kingdom Park. It was Madame Leota’s daughter Kim who was on each of those shows. She gave some overview of the major effects on those shows.
Her granddaughter pointed out smaller details during her ride through from last night.

Live Storytelling at the Royal Theatre Performances Returning to Disneyland Today
According to the Orange County Register, performances of Storytelling at the Royal Theatre will return to Fantasyland at Disneyland starting today, April 29.
Live performances have been paused at the Royal Theatre due to COVID-19.
These 20-minute shows feature the thespian duo of Mr. Smythe and Mr. Jones re-enacting “Beauty and the Beast” and “Tangled.”
The shows are meant to be a surprise soft opening and won’t appear on the Disneyland app or printed schedules for a few days.

I loved walking by this area and seeing tidbits of the show as I went! Adds to the ambiance. Excited to see it's returning
