Oh no, I'm sorry, that's similar to what the movie club did to me. I ordered the Mulan 2 disc set because I also wanted to get the Witch Mtn movies, well I got Mulan but no Witch Mtn, apparently they sold out so instead of contacting me to see if I wanted to order something else at half price they just sent Mulan out. Annoying.....

I ended up getting the snow buddies Shasta (sp?) and the Bolt plush from DMR.

I ordered my space buddies on March 24th back when they were still in stock and have yet to receive it... I emailed DMR and it was completely useless so I called them and was then told that mine would be shipped out in the next two weeks... well its 2 weeks later and I still haven't received them. So I called about 15 minutes ago and the lady on the phone claims that they received a shipment of buddies in the other day and that a fulfillment ticket was printed for me yesterday so mine will be part of this shipment.

They had to claim them as sold out online in advance because they have so many orders for them that they can't keep up with them and they're losing orders. It's really bad. I don't think DMR expected they would be this popular. I'm really sorry they were sold out before you could order them... its been a horrible wait for anyone who didn't order them the day those movies came out... I keep kicking myself for not buying oliver and company the day it came out to avoid this wait.

EDIT: and as soon as I clicked send on this post I got an email saying my space buddies have shipped... I must have said something to them on the phone that made them rush my order hahaha

Loco, they can take AGES to ship things. I had a special redemption of Toy Story pins based on the exact movies I'd bought, and it took something like 4 months to receive. Several emails, a couple phone calls, well after the Yuletime present they were intended to be, but we did get them.
