Is anyone having difficulty redeeming the gift cards? I ordered 4 back in August and 2 say “unable to redeem at this time” and when I contacted they said “the system is down - try later” but it’s been going on for a few weeks? I’ll contact again this week but wondering if it’s a me problem or actually a system problem

It's amazing how they keep raising the point requirements on everything.

The printable activities that used to be free are now like 5 points....

I guess it makes it seem like a win since you can't earn anymore points and you are technically getting something...
