Did you enter any codes on the last double point day. I have read that you can only enter 3 codes but i'm not sure if that counts the first double point day also.

I'm having trobules too. The first code I enterd today didn't double. now I can't find the code for Hannah Montana Lifes what you make in the DVD. It is brand new. As in today is DD's b-day and she just opened it. I unwrapped it ti find no code inside, but the cover says it is a movie rewards title. Anyone have this problem before? Is there another spot to find the code?

I have had that problem. I e-mailed them, and they gave me some instructions to get a code, but I forget what I had to do. It was not instant, it took a few days to get, but I did eventually get it.

GRRR, I have been trying since the DVD came out...luckily I had three others to enter.

My codes doubled this morning, but I put in one for 50 points during the double period, darn it, I have 125 ones I had been saving.

For those that didn't get double points, check your account summary. When I entered my two codes it came up with the reguar number of points but just looked at my summary and there are two bonus points listed that doubles the total.

Still waiting for the ABC code for today.............

I was just looking at my account summery, it says in my lifetime I have redeemed 250 points. I have never redeemed any. Whats that about?
