Posted this on the community thread but wanted to post it here to for those of you not on that thread.

Didn't make it this year but was honored to make it to round 2 last year so I know how it feels from both perspectives. It would have been a great birthday present but it wasn't to be! Oh well we can't have it all because if we do we won't appreciate the things we do have! Walt didn't give up on his dreams and I am going to follow his strong example. I am going to continue to persue this dream next year. As Lauren Alaina from American Idol sang "You can chase your dream that seems so out of reach and you know it might not ever come your way but dream it anyway!" I encourage everyone who didn't make it to dream it anyway and go for it next year. If Walt had given up we wouldn't have Disneyland, Walt Disney World or the fabulous Disney cruise ships. Don't give up on your dreams either. For those of you who made it to round 2 this year congrats! Do your best in the next round as it is all you can ask of yourself. Think of how many people would love to trade places with you and be proud of your accomplishment as you represent all of us.
