Disney Merchandising Post-trip Email

Not sure if this fits here exactly, but I thought others might be interested.

I took two groups to WDW last month. Today I got an email titled "Forget Something on Your Walt Disney World Vacation?" It included a link to the following video:

(It's supposed to be personalized for the recipient, but no, I am not the Driver family -- it came that way because I am the tour director for bands and choirs, and my email was on my bus DRIVER's hotel reservation! Not a big deal, I just thought that was funny!)

And probably not coincidentally, I received another email a few minutes later with the code PARKFREE, to enable free shipping for today only.

So for those who regret not buying something on a trip, here is one way to rectify that!

If you do forget something you can call or email Disney. The number, email and website is all at the top of your receipts from any merchandise location. Yes all park merchandise is not available online but you might be able to still get it.

Tip: If you do find something that you really want but don't want to buy it right away. Take a picture of the item and the price tag. This will make it easier for you to order it through email or over the phone.

Good to know. We wanted to buy these plush toys that were Anna and if you flipped it upside down it turned into Elsa for our kids for christmas. We held off because they always have a promo code on black friday to save some money so we were going to buy them online. But they didn't have them online so we had to wait until our next trip and just bought them in the park instead
