Disney Management Internship

Just a question have anyone have the first interview screening yet for Spring 09? I applied for the Room & Related Management internship this past week. For those that got accepted to the management internship previously knows how the screening work? Is it similar to the PI alumni internship where I call them at 1-800-711-2930 to set up the interview?

My recruiter told me that for Management Internships, they hire on a need basis
so you apply and just wait for them to call you i guess...? I could be wrong on them calling you. but the management internships aren't like the cp's or cs because those have specific start and end dates- as a spot opens for mangement, they call the people in the application pool... so i hear there is a lot of waiting for the management internships...

I called the number (it's not 11 it's 22) and set up and interview. I applied specifically for costuming, but the interviewer pushed for me to list other choices, and I cited that I was interested in the Mgmt Internships (Ops & Merch) and she made it sound like I was a strong candidate for Merch.

So yeah, you can call about those, and it sounds like there's positions open in Merch at least.

Thanks. I didn't know there is a typo. I'll called the number on Monday to schedule my other professional interview as back up. I hope they schedule management internship soon.
