Disney mailed my documents Feb 3 - still not here!

They are mailing them to my AAA office and I'm getting nervous......anyone else experienced this?

I didn't get my confirmation letter either after 2 weeks, so I called and had them send another one...of course they totally messed up my reservations and had to redo them about 5 times but I finially got the right letter. Just give them a call.

It took a good two weeks for my confirmation letter to come in January. Also ordered park hoppers through Alamo # (actually Disney) and those took 2 weeks as well.

I ordered those tickets through Alamo last week. The lady said they would be here within no more than 2 weeks. She better be right because we leave in 3 weeks!!

I ordered my hoppers from Alamo and on the 10th day called them back to check the status. They said they had been mailed and I received them the next day. Keep watching the mailbox, and enjoy your vacation!
