Can anyone tell me when they typically send you ME package? I booked over a month ago and since have received my MVMCP tix, planning DVD, custom maps, everything but mu luggage tags. I still have two months to go though. Should I be calling them?

The DME tags should arrive about 5 weeks out.

It is not unusual for the Magical Express materials to arrive as late as 2 weeks before you go.

You may receive, in the same or a different mailing, plastic baggage tags for continued use on additional trips anywhere. As well as the yellow cardboard Magical Express tags for this upcoming trip.

DME materials will always arrive in a different mailing from regular Disney materials. DME materials are mailed to guests in an envelope with a DME return address.

The only time guests will receive both in the same mailing is if they use a travel agent and the agent puts everything together into a single package to mail/give to their client. But Disney mails them separately.

I use a travel agent (Rhonda at Dreams Unlimited) for most of my trips and my DME docs always come straight from Disney. The one time I had a package, she mailed me my package documents.

The ME bus will pick you up at your resort about 3 hours before your flight leaves.

They usually schedule your return bus three hours before your scheduled flight. That is because they need to get you to the airport at least two hours before your flight, per agreement. You board the bus at the same place you got off of it when you arrived.
