I spoke with a friend tonight and she told me that they are staying at POP soon because POP is the only value that has its own bus. That All Star has to share with sports and movies and if your one of the last stops the bus can be filled by the time it gets to you and you might have to wait for another bus. Not sure how much of this is right but that is what she told me tonight when I spoke with her...Just an FYI....So POP sounds like the better choice with the values.....!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

This is why we chose POP over the others...and what I was trying to convey to Randy. When you get on the POP bus, it goes directly to your destination, there's no other resorts or water parks that share your bus.

It's Monday!! And too funny, the church just called and asked if I could work, but Connor has a Dr's appt and then wants to go to his friends. I told her no, but she said she'd call me again...and I am sure she will.

Off to get Connor his sports physical!

after looking into the price of rental vans for all of us, we wouldn't save any money. So we decided to stay on site at a value resort and get the free transportation...it comes out the same...and we don't have to drive and we will be on site!!

That's cool Nancy, I think you guys will be happier on site, it's so magical!

Michele, let us know how the census job turns out, that sounds like a great deal for you!

We are getting a very sloooow start this morning. Have not even had breakfast yet.. But the kids are content playing, etc......

I need to get some laundry going though......

No, they only have today off. We don't even have a full spring break this year, I think they get 3 days at Easter.

Colton has created a facebook page now! So we are sitting here, each on our own laptops, facebooking together! LOL

Hi Nancy; we spent 10 days in Jul 08 at Pop and it was the greatest stay that we had up to now (will be at dvc in SSR in May 09) spend a little more and ask for a preferred room as close to main bldg as possible. the meals at pop (counter service) was outstanding and we never had a transportation problem.

They didn't take it away, we never had it to begin with. This is not the first year with no spring break. Our school district is run by idiots.

slow days are good!!
we had a very busy day here today, we cleared out some clothes that didn't fit anymore, we did crafts, I did laundry, we cleaned Kevin's room (it was pretty bad!! LOL) and we watched a movie (Superman). It was a good day!!

I have heard alot of good things from POP and I think I will try to convince my parents to book there!

I believe they do. I know when we stayed at All Star there were connecting rooms there!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
