Below is what one person is going to do for he kids. It is really really cool!!!!!!!!!!!
This is what she wrote::
My kids are getting next year's cruise as their Christmas gift too. I took a picture of the ship at CC, added text "We're heading back for the Magic" above and our cruise dates below. I had it made into a 30 piece puzzle at customcreationsunlimited.com. It was $12.95, I think. I also made a scavenger hunt for them. I got most of the ideas from a post I dug up a long time ago... here's what I've got:
1. Large box addressed to the kids that says: Open First.
Inside, a note that says:
Your gift from Mom and Dad this year is an adventure, so put on your shoes, let's get going!
Your first clue:
Our trip will have music and a show,
To find out more, look down low.
(next clue is under the couch!- disposable camera attached)
2. You'll get treated like a King and Queen
Next go where you get clean.
(next clue in bathtub behind the curtain- bottle of suntan lotion attached)
3. On this trip you will see mice
Go and look where we keep the ice.
(next clue in icebox- Disney pin)
4. Are you tired yet? Need to rest your head?
Now go look underneath your bed.
(next clue under one of their beds)
5. Where we're going it will be hot
Look in the dryer to find the next spot.
(clue in dryer- flip flops)
6. You've searched all over, what could it be?
Go back and search underneath the tree!
(Puzzle box wrapped under the tree, with label that says "Final Clue" where the "from" goes.)
Someone's gotta video the whole thing!! HAHAHA!! I can't WAIT! I'm sure my kids will be screaming Disney Disney oh about the 3rd clue but boy is it gonna be fun!!
