I still only have 8 Pepe hats as of this morning, and the others have been sitting waiting to level since before his wall came down. I fear this is going to be another bad event for me.

I'll hit Gonzo time wall later today. Going to run Honeydew and Beaker up one more level (Beaker to 6, Honeydew to 8) each during the timewall, and hopefully get Pepe to 4 as well. Will empty out my event currency but I think it will build back up before I have the Gonzo tokens.

I’ve been lolligagging in the game for this event. Currently caught up in the new Mario and Luigi Brotherhood game on the Switch. It is just a teensy bit fun…and addictive. I’m weak for a good Mario game I’m also leaving today to take my mom on a cruise out of Baltimore through the holiday. I’ll have wifi onboard, and a lot of downtime, so I’m pretty sure I’ll finish the event

Currently have Muppets doing a round of tasks for Gonzo. Guessing there is probably more than just this round, but that is where I am sitting. I have been leveling up quite a bit as I go

Wow. There is such a disparity between where we are at with this event. Unbelievable.

Roughly the same place, a little behind in the leveling from you. But I won't have a problem being ready for Gonzo on Saturday.

Sitting at 5 canon and 2 hats for Gonzo. Not a bad number for the da6 after unlocking.

Got plenty of common tokens. I had to level a few characters to get them to collect tokens, so I’m still working on EC. Pretty decent progress so far.

Also, in the Gameloft Shop, there’s a free chest every day…if that’s worth anything to anyone. The Gonzo bundle is also $2 cheaper in the shop than in the game…

24 hours and 1 cannon…that’s it. I did get enough relics this morning to upgrade Gonzo’s stunt spectacular, so maybe it will drop some cannons, but not holding my breath. I will probably upgrade another character to make them available for a drop, but so far, it’s very slow going. I think it’s payback for getting Pepe so quickly.

Jason - where is the free chest in the Gameloft shop? I just set that up today and I seem to be having some technical issues.

I have 7 cannons and 2 hats. Working to get the Chef up to 5 so he can help with the hats (just got him in a LC).

I have used hundreds of time skips and even 30 gems to help Pepe along. I still have not made it to collecting for Gonzo. I need to just acknowledge that it's not going to happen for me. The Pepe hat drops for me have been ridiculously awful.

I have had very few times when time skips have helped me collect anything. Usually, they come back empty. And that seems to match what I hear others say here.

I have instead started using time skips for other things - like hurrying the Chef through his upgrade, so that he could start working on Gonzo ears faster. But not using to collect tokens.

So in my Windows game, I am working on my 2nd set of battles, so by the end of the day I can finally work on Gonzo. In my IOS game, I can't get a Pepe hat to level him to 3, so I am stuck on a task before the 2nd set.

Like the previous event, this has been a disaster for me. I mentioned that my progress had reset. I never contacted customer service, but one day I got a popup saying my Season Pass had been restored. I don't think it completely was. Like it returned me to where I was before but didn't account for the 5 days of progress I had done after. I also had another error where last Tuesday my Weekly tasks reset.

I agree. I found long ago that the time tokens do not yield collecting tokens. I have been using them to get through actual tasks and to speed up upgrade times. Sigh.

After the first collections of the day, 7 canons and 3 hats. Slow drops, but they are dropping for me. I have enough common tokens and EC now.

I had a really good cobalt chest drop of relics last night...picked up 6 on my quest to enchant the Stunt Spectacular to 2. Only need 6 more.
