I managed to complete mine. I do feel like there are less Silver chests in the hidden chests then before. It makes this one tough!

I reroll silver and decoration chest tasks. I want weekly tasks that I can control rather than relying on some luck. There is enough dependency on luck with token drops.

I definitely reroll decoration chest tasks. Have not noticed a problem with the silver chests.

I have been stuck at 7/12 Roger hats in Windows for a couple days. I used speed ups about 10 times today and it did not yield 1 hat. Pretty frustrated. I don't have a good feeling about welcoming Roger in Windows and I am frustrated. I guess I will see what tomorrow brings.

Well, I finished the event in iOS. In Windows, I spent all of my fast forwards and got within one Roger hat, so I plunked down 50 gems for it. Grrr. But better than trying to get lucky with a 60 gem chest later.
I got the last music sheet and welcomed Roger with 30 minutes to spare! Pretty happy that I didn't have to spend any gems to do so. Then did a legendary chest for Luca and finally got a character - it was the last event IP from the 35 event IPs from before I started playing again for me to get a character out of (not including Haunted Mansion or Hocus Pocus, which have not provided any way for a person to get without actual cash since I restarted). I had an attraction, but not a character. Anyway - baby steps to rebuilding my kingdom.
And now - back to working on all of the permanent content characters who will take forever to get. Peter Pan, Lady, Burn-E, Great Prince of the Forest, Tia Dalma.

Fat chance of *that* happening;they only come out at Halloween! Theme aside,I guess that's when they feel it's most profitable to release that collection.

I agree, but it did remind me to save my gems up for Halloween. I would rather win a ghost than some stupid Baymax guy I don't know anything about.

Got my 14th honey bee this morning and all the happiness for this tapper. Just in time for the frog tappers today. Sitting at Level 136 for the season.

If this is the Three Little Pigs, who is the fifth character? There's the Big Bad Wolf and the three pigs. Mega Events always have five characters. My first instinct was the Tortoise and the Hare being included in this update...but I also don't know who the the other characters would be for that group.
I'm guessing the patch notes will be out on Friday since the tappers are all done by the 8th (Saturday).

Ooohhhh...another contender!!
I have to say - the Legendary Chest gods are so funny (and predictable). Earlier this week, I did two LCs for Onward - and I got a character and an attraction, which is great (not like wasting gems on benches or concessions you already have 3 of). But, of course, I didn't get a character who would be helpful in the tapper event (not helpful until she gets to level 3, which may happen by the end of the event, but most likely not). And similarly, the attraction is also not helpful in the tapper event (both of the other attractions in the chest would have been helpful). So, now I have 3 characters and 2 attractions from Onward and have NOTHING that helps with the tappers.
And then today, I did an Incredibles LC and I got an attraction (which is great). But again, not the attraction that would have been immediately helpful in the tapper event. So, I have 1 character and 2 attractions and NOTHING that helps with the tappers.
This seems to happen a lot to me, now that we are limited as to the availability of LC. The ones that are available with the current event may drop things that are good (characters and attractions), but they seem to not drop the ones that are actually helpful for the current event. For example, last TC, I got a Stitch attraction, but not one of the attractions to help with refreshers, I got a Pooh attraction, but not one of the attractions to help with refreshers, etc.
So, I guess I have to be content with the fact that I just spent 180 gems and got things that I needed and that will hopefully be helpful in the future, even if not helpful now. (My DMK mantra - it is a marathon, not a sprint, and it is just a game.)
And now a few days before I reach level 125 and see what the LC gods do to me with an Aristocats LC or two. (On the upside, at this point, I don't have anything that is in these chests, so at least with the first of the two upcoming LCs I will not be disappointed - as I will get something new to me. And I do already have 3 characters and the 2 attractions, so I have terrible odds at getting the 2 remaining cats.)

When I buy a LC, I am happy to get a character at all. I am more worried about being a completist overall I guess.
Oh, I agree - happy to have gotten a character. But I'm also working on this tapper event to try to get a character, so it would have been helpful to get something that would help to get the yellow ribbon chest. And I was just noticing, repeatedly now, that the LC drops haven't been helping on the events.
I haven't ever been a completist in this game - but had over my first 5 years been able to get almost every character/attraction/ concession that you could get without having to pay real money for them. The product of very diligent play over many, many years. Now, trying that again, but understanding that I will never be remotely close to complete as there were 35 event IP introduced before I started playing again (versus the 2 or 3 events before I started playing the first time). I think part of the fun is trying to see how I do in this quest. (At the end of August, I had exactly 33.33% of all of the items on the counter in the character book - so makes it easy to see how I'm doing. Not bad in just over 1 year of play, I don't think.)
