Cruise Meet threads are doing just fine still managing meet and FE discussions right here on the DIS as they have since FE began (also here on the DIS).

FE organizers generally need to know how many people (adults/children) are participating in each cabin with child ages for age appropriate gift giving. Other information you would like to share such as names, allergies, favorite characters, etc. is up to you. Other personal information is not really necessary. Those organizing FEs typically ask for the information to be posted in the meet thread or sent to them via PM. For those posting in this Cruise Meet thread to join a FE, if no one comes forward to organize a FE for this cruise, anyone can organize the FE right in this thread.

Hi Everyone! I've been looking for a FE group and am so happy to find you! We will be sailing on the Magic 2/15/15.
Traveling with DH and DD who is 8. We have sailed on Disney before but never did FE. I ordered a great FE from Etsy and can not wait to get started on gifts. Can we join? Thanks!!!!

I dont think i will be able to add you unless you look back and find a way to contact me otherwise. Please know that its not our doing. I need an email to share the list and that is the way it was set up from the beginning please try we have room and would hate to leave anyone out for using a different communication means than Dis.

I have been working on FE lists and gifts and getting ready for a while now. Getting really excited and waiting for the holidays to be over so the cruise gets closer. Love helping Belac get it all together. I made my own spread sheet that can be sorted different ways, if you would like a copy of the spread sheet for one of the lists. Just let me know. It only includes room number and M/F and age to organize FE gifts. Message me and I can get with you on it.

We have already started an FE but we did keep it here and then for ease of sharing info had two other sites we kept the lists and information too. It would difficult to revert back since we have 3 parts with over 65 staterooms.
I can try to figure out how to get you on just give me a few days, since we just got back from another cruise and I can't seem to post excel sheets here yet.

Hi I have you on the list so you made it on to the 3rd FE list it is Pluto FE
I will need your stateroom number and if there are any allergies. Your DH is the only special celebration correct?

You can't post your e mail because you have too little posts. Please see page 13 of this thread in the middle of the page I replied to someone and posted my mail there. So use that to e mail me and I can send you the link to the list. Please do so as soon as you can. The lists will be closed tomorrow but rest assured I have you and just need to send you the link, if you e mail me I can. Otherwise I need to figure out another way.
