she was super excited and soooooo surprised!!! That was SO cute!!! "I knew it! I knew it! I knew it!" "Scary!"
She was too funny! The "I knew it!" was her saying she knew her cousins were going with us! When she realized we were leaving right then it completely freaked her out! She was totally surprised, shocked and dumbfounded! She really is a planner and it really threw her for a loop!!!
Hope you have a great trip and a lovely time at Poly...look forward to hearing all about it!!

you're so right! I think I'll be doing duel reports! This one and one for our DD's b-day trip! I have an update for this one ready to go! I hope to have it up later today or tomorrow! I'm going to start working on the first installment of dd's b-day trip tonight!

I had a trip like this with my son. He was a gloomy Gus like your BIL. I feel your pain. I don't see why people would go to WDW and act like that. Seems like you are handling it way better than I did

Day 4!!!
DH, the kiddos and I were up ready to head to Epcot by around 8:30! MIL and FIL were waiting for SIL to drop Alexis off again! Remember me mentioning FIL being unhappy waiting on day 3 for SIL? Yeah, he was even more unhappy today!
But, we headed out and got to Epcot shortly after rope drop! Our first stop was supposed to be FP for Soarin but SSE was a walk on! So we headed there!
I admit I took a few flash pictures! I did it mostly because the guy in the car in front of us was snapping away and it was trying to get him to see how annoying it was! It didn’t work but at least I got a few good SSE pics out of it! I will never do it again! I promise!
DS3 and me!
The it was off to get Soarin FP for later! Woo hoo!
Then it was breakfast at Sunshine Seasons! DH had a breakfast platter and the kiddos and I all had bagels and fruit! It was all yummy! But they didn’t have any strawberry shortcake out! I was hoping for that for breakfast!
Then we headed over to Living with the Land! I didn’t take a single picture during the ride so I share some old ones to fill in the gap
After LWTL we headed off to The Seas!
First we rode Nemo, which was a walk on! We love this ride! It’s too cute!! Then we took in all the sights and Turtle Talk! I took only 1 picture the entire time we were there! A Cuttle Fish! I swear I took almost the exact same picture last week!!
Then it was off to Inoventions to hang out and play! Again, just a few pictures!
The froggy DS8 made!
While we were in Innoventions DH got a call from FIL! He was headed into Epcot to meet us! MIL had Alexis and was back at the room!
FIL meet up with us at Innoventions! He was not happy about the situation with BIL and SIL! He and MIL had spent the morning taking Alexis for a walk! They walked over to the main lodge and looked around!
Soon there after it was time for our Soarin FP!!!! Woo hoo! DH, being very prone to motion sickness and a really good son opted to sit Soarin out and give his FP to FIL! FIL loved Soarin! He raved about it!!!
We headed out of Soarin after our ride and met up with DH and Ryan again!
Then it happened!
I started getting texts from SIL!
It seems that her and BIL wanted to join the rest of the family for dinner that night at Hoop De Doo! Really?!
I made the ADR’s 6 months ago! I gave them all to you! You had input on what where we ate! You told me no to HDDMR! Now you want to join us?!
Grrrrrrr!!! I texted her back and let her know that I very highly doubt that I’d be able to get them in.
She texted me back and let me know that if there was any possible way they’d really like to join us! Again, Grrrrr!! Talk about not a happy person, that was me!
I explained the situation to DH and he told me to text her back and tell her that I wasn’t taking time out of my day to try to rearrange things so they could come too!
Maybe I should have done that! Honestly, that’s what I wanted to do!!!! But, I knew that if I did I would end up being the bad guy!
I was sooooo annoyed!!!
We decided to head over to Electric Umbrella to get some lunch and then I would go to guest services to see if they could help me try to get SIL, BIL and Alexis into Hoop De Doo with us!
Because of my annoyed state I have absolutely no idea what we had for lunch!
After lunch I headed over to guest services and DH and FIL took the kids off to do some more stuff (I can’t remember what!)
There was quite a line in guest services! From the time I got on line to the time I left it took about 45 minutes! I was not at all happy that I wasted 45 minutes of my day that way!
Luckily I was able to get them in! I wasn’t able to have them seated with us but I was able to get them a table!
By the time I met up with DH and the rest of the family again MIL had called to say she was on her way into epcot! Alrighty! But after spending 45 minutes in GS it was now well after 1. My intention had been to leave Epcot after lunch and head over to Boardwalk and Yacht and Beach Club to see the Christmas decorations!
But now nearing 2 and having to wait for MIL my plan was pretty much out the window!
So while we waited for MIL and the kiddos and I wasted a good hour in MouseGears shopping and browsing!

By the time MIL entered Epcot it was 3ish! We had the early Hoop De Doo show so we had to check in around 4:45 ish!
An hour and 45 minutes wasn’t going to give us enough time to head to the Epcot resorts! Boo!
So we decided to take the monorail to TTC and then head over to Poly and GF!
SSE on the way out,
Flag at half staff for Pearl Harbor Day,
DS3 being silly on the Monorail,
We were able to enjoy the decorations at Poly and GF, thankfully!
After our Christmas trips we took the monorail to MK and took the boat to Fort Wilderness!
We arrived just as SIL and BIL got off the internal bus system and we all checked in for a dinner that proved to be the very best memory of the whole trip!!!

Hmm, I find myself struggling with that problem often! I have nothing nice to say! Oh my, people on Pirates are the worst!!!! There is always at least 2 or 3 people taking flash pictures!

Hoop De Doo Musical Revue! For those who havent been there before I highly recommend doing it, at least once! Weve been several times and its one of FILs favorite things to do in WDW!
The food is pretty good and the show is cute! Its kind of kitschy, but cute!
A few show pictures...
Those who have been before know that the pick people out of the audience towards the end of the show to be part of the show!
Remember me saying that FIL loves HDDMR, well now he REALLY loves it because he got picked!
Not only did he get picked but he got picked to be Davey Crocketts angel!! Pink tutu, halo and all!!
It was one of the funniest things I have ever seen!!

Yes, he lost his tutu at one point! He said it nearly pulled his pants down!! Yes, he also lost his halo in the process of being a hamm We laughed so hard we cried! SIL and BIL were really happy that I had was able to get them the table and so was I! I wouldnt want them to have missed that!!!
It was by far the best memory of the trip and something well laugh about forever! In fact, for Christmas I had one of the pictures of FIL blown up and framed and it now hangs above his desk
After our fun at HDDMR DH and I wanted to head over to WL to see the Christmas decorations! MIL and FIL decided to join us and the boys and DD decided to head back to Kidani with SIL and BIL to play with Alexis!
So they headed for the parking lot and we headed for the boat dock!
Let me tell you, it was cold that week! Standing on that boat dock waiting was absolutely frigid!! I mean shivering, jumping up and down to try to create some body heat kind of frigid!
Once we got WL we were in complete awe of the tree and the shear beauty of the Christmas display! Id love to stay at WL during the holidays!!!! It was stunning!!!
Once we were done enjoying the beauty of the WL (and the warmth too!) We decided to call it a night and head back to Kidani!
Instead of heading out to the freezing cold WL boat dock we decided to take a taxi!!! So we were back to the warmth of Kidani quickly!!! All nice and warm getting a good nights sleep for an early morning the next morning! But, would we make it to our destination the next morning

Oh Melissa - that was too funny. I can't believe how many times his skirt fell off. Just when he gets it right, his halo falls off. Holy crap! I would have been falling out of my chair laughing.
I haven't seen that show in forever, but your pictures reminded me of how fun it is. What a great memory. I guess it was worth the 45 min wait for the whole family to see that. That was great!
