Disney Magic back in Barcelona for Transatlantic cruise departing Saturday

IS it true there are also new guest laundry room in Deck 2 nect to one of those new staterooms?

No there is not a new laundry room on deck 2. The laundry on deck 2 had 2 sets of machines out of service every time we went to do laundry so we used deck 7's laundry room.

There were no bad smells on deck 2. They were working on the new staterooms when we boarded and we overheard some cabins near the rooms complaining about the work going on. It did not bother us at all, but we were much farther away than they were. The new staterooms did not have virtual portholes. I do know that deck 5 had some funky smells going on.

It was our first cruise in an inside room on deck 2 and thought it was fine. We did have some issues with air conditioning unit in our room, nothing serious. There were also lots of carpet dryers out, especially in the After Hours area.

I believe that the BBB is located in the elevator lobby. There is an elevator door behind the reception desk.

Overall we had a great cruise. The worst part of the cruise were some of the other cruisers, I saw lots of pushing, deck chair hogging, and complaints about children behaving as childrenon the cruise I did hear of a few shocking incidents that passengers did on the cruise. There were a lot of very entitled, (I am the only one who matters types) passengers on the cruise, moreso than any other Disney cruise I have been on. It was surprising.

The CM's were fantastic, and really made the cruise wonderful.

I other thing from the cruise is that we had a cabana, it was fantastic. We were told that they are building 10 more cabanas, a washroom and and a kitchen on the family beach.

Gilsan I read similar review from a review on one of the Norway/Iceland cruises this past summer. More than ever passengers behaving badly.

We must have been lucky - we didn't encounter any behavior that stood out on the June Baltic cruise.

I read on another site that one of the passengers was taken away in handcuffs in Miami, I don't know if it was related to the incident I heard about or something else.

I don't know if it was cabin fever, but I was surprised by the behaviour of some of the guests.

I wonder if it worth trying to request those new staterooms... since they are brand new. They must be in the best shape compare to the others, right?
I have an unrelated question: Are they doing any character breakfast on Magic? I read they were testing limited ticket character breakfast awhile ago. I am wondering if they still do that.

We had a character breakfast and saw Mickey, Minnie, Goofy, and Donald.

The rooms are brand new so I would think they would be some of the best inside rooms on the ship.

Hmm I was on the Iceland sailing this summer and didn't hear or notice anything and thought it was actually a great group of cruisers .

I second this! I guess it's possible someone witnessed something unpleasant, but we never did. It was a fabulous cruise and we met some lovely people. I'm still working my way through the 5,000 or so pictures I took. Ahhhh - the memories
