Can anyone tell me just what this is or does and exactly how it works?? Sorry I'm pretty much computer illiterate!

It sounds more like a webcam than a real digital camera. Not sure how it works but for $4.99 I'm willing to risk that it isn't very practical. I certainly wouldn't spend $50 for it.

I think my girls would really enjoy it. Great for quick pics of themselves or their puppies.
