Disney Magazine- last issue! :(

Not sure where the most appropriate place is to post this, but I rec'd my Disney Magazine yesterday and was so disappointed to learn that it was the last issue to be published. They've apparently decided to cease publication. What a disappointment! I'd get so excited to receive my quarterly copies, read the articles, see the pictures and get a little Disney fix at home. Finding that magaize in the mailbox brought an immediate smile! I'm definitely bummed!

My subscription is paid up through 2009 and my issue had the paper cover on the outside saying to hurry and renew your subscription to keep the magic coming. Maybe your subscription is running out????

No, it's definitely shutting down. Has been posted on numerous sites over the past month. You have a choice of FamilyiFun, Disney Adventures, or your money back. I immediately called for my money back (we are DINKS, so neither of those interested us) and told the girl how sad I was. She said she would pass that along and I told her she probably had had to do that a lot. She said yes, and said MAYBE they would change their mind. (MAYBE after everyone asks for their money back, they'll get the hint.)

I rec'd notification with my summer 2005 issue. There's special notification right on the mailing page. My subscription is through 2008. I'll be requesting a refund like bbowers and voicing my disappointment too!

I got my last issue yesterday also. Sad to see it go. I will be asking for a refund also. I'm not interesed in the other magazines.
