I'm updating my wardrobe from Crocs, tie dye, and jeans :hippie: to add a few business items. I just bought 2 suits in brown and "koala" (kind of a brownish gray). Now, I need shoes. I have bad feet and have to have something very comfy, but don't want to scream "comfort shoe", either. I also don't want to completely abandon my hippie roots. :rolleyes1 Would these: http://www.klogs.com/leather-lajolla.cfm fit the "Disney Look"? I detest spending a lot on shoes, so if I'm going to, they've got to work across all parts of my life.

those seem fine..also I would suggest not buying those now, since you don't know what color shoes you may need.. it's gonna be either solid black, white or even brown, depending on the location and/or park you will be working at..

I think she is getting them to go with her dress clothes for classes/meetings etc.

Those are cute btw.

I think they are really cute and could double for work shoes and casual shoes. Go for a neutral color like brown to match more clothes.

Thanks, yep, I'm getting them for my new business wardrobe. I'm thinking chocolate since my suits are brown and "koala"

For Traditions and other classes those should be fine, but because they have no backs on them you would not be able to wear them in your work location.

Exactly...for Traditions and classes, anytime that you have to do the "business casual" look, those are perfect. Basically, the rule for those is that it can have an open toe, or an open heel, but not both. Your work shoes have to be closed toe/closed heel, and can vary from black dress shoes (if you're doing merch or hospitality, most places use these, as well as other various roles), to black sneakers (most attractions/quick service F&B), white sneakers (recreation, and a few others), hiking boots, or brown dress shoes (but only for DAKL, I believe :) ) Whoa, so I feel kind of weird for knowing that, but I'm just been deployed and have worked around a lot...I'm not like some creepy shoe-obsessed kid or anything hahaha :rotfl:
