Sweet!! I'm upset because I can't find my slipper bead. I'm afraid it may have been dropped when we went on our cruise. I went to Helzburg today, FYI, cuz they had some cute Christmas beads, and was told they probably will not go on sell until February.
I love that bead and am hoping to get that at Disney while we are there.

Oh pooh on them! What are they going to do, put her name on a black list?. They are just bitter that she has different beads on it...how can a different bead harm the bracelet? That aggravates me!

I am absolutely heart sick. the charm from the ebay seller arrived today and the package had a small tear on the top and the charm was gone. the post office can do nothing about it once it is delivered. tThe one from England is lost somewhere. I ordered my son an item from Englad via royal air mail last Tuesday and it arrived today. I am out all this money and no charm to show for it. I guess it is not meant to be for me to have this charm
I take this all back, I just reexamined the package and she had it between this bubble wrap and the outer package, not in the envelope per se. Oh happy day, I have the charm!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I am dancing!!!!

I had an issue with my order from this site, as well.It's still in the process of being resolved, so I won't comment any further right now, but I don't think I will buy from them again, either.
Just wondering if you had this resolved and can share what happened yet? I officially received my beads for Christmas and some of mine were just in a small ziplock without the anti-tarnish square. I'm happy with them, not that I would know the difference if there was an issue.
What exactly is the warranty with Pandora? I have all kinds of beads on my bracelet. What would be an issue that they would "fix"? The only thing I can think of would be if the clasp stopped staying closed.
I'm hoping to find a purple leather bracelet today, though I think I have too many now to go on it. I might need to pick up regular one. Who has them the cheapest? The beads will be Disney and some generic ones to add color. I can't afford all nice beads.

I am just about a 1/2 hour south of the airport. We should get together sometime. My husband works in Milwaukee and I am up there more often than not!!
I let them know that was unacceptable, and the girl told me she would discuss it with the woman who usually handles things, to see if there was anything they could do. Got a phone call back, and was told that by some strange coincidence, someone else had called and received a bracelet that was too big, and if I wanted to send mine back, they would have her return hers and switch them out. Sounds to me that they got our orders mixed up, but they claim I didn't specify a size. I know that I did, because I had my college age DS get my other chamilia bracelet out of my jewelry box and measure it for me. He was there when I placed the order, and agrees that I selected the 7.9 inch size. Anyway, the bottom line is that I received the correct size in the end. But I had to pay the postage to return it, then the postage for them to send the new one out. With all that added expense, the "sale" price wasn't much better than the regular price.
