When you click on the add to cart, a message comes up that says "You cannot add this item to your shopping cart at this time" So thankfully it is still out of stockI am still "patiently" waiting each day for my London delivery to arrive

Aw man! That stinks. Hopefully you will not have to wait much longer.

So, I went to visit my local Chamilia dealer today. She said that she has been looking for info on the Small World beads and has not seen anything. She said they are not listed in the first quarter beads. I really hope that they are going to produce them!

Pictures as promised!

This first one is a holiday necklace. I picked up the two Christmas ornaments when Chamilia was doing the 50% off discontinued beads.

This one has the two beads I got with my mom the other night. The slipper, and the bead directly to the right.

Ooooh pretty!! I don't know why, but this Christmas I'm particularly attracted to blue/silver. I actually found the Mickey swirl head at one of the resorts at WDW (sorry I can't remember which one, we went to practically all of them to look at the decorations!)

So, I just placed an order with ShopCharmBracelets.com. I know some of you guys had trouble with them recently so I am hoping for the best. I got an e-mail that they were doing free overnight shipping today for orders over $200. I wasn't going to order but then I discovered that they have the Christmas tree bead that my mom wanted. It's been out of stock everywhere all season so I was excited to see it in stock there. I called to make sure that they definitely have it.

I also ordered the Santa Mickey bead for myself... maybe Santa will put it in my stocking!

I ordered the Mickey swirl bead on Dec.5th. The place in Britain has good feedback. They have good ratings for fast shipping. I have the tracking number that it made it to US but then it doesn't track any further. That was on the 12th. I have still not received it. Should I file a claim with Paypal to get a refund or should I give this more time? I have ordered from the UK before and it never takes more than 7-8 days. They just keep telling me that they would be surprised if I had gotten it yet.

I'd give it a bit longer, especially since you have it tracked to the states. I think that I mentioned earlier that I had a package to Canada a few weeks ago that was 10 days getting through customs. I'm sure the borders are swamped at this time of the year.

Thanks, I will try to be more patient, I need practice, I guess. The company got back to me today and asked that I give it longer and then they told me they will send another if it doesn't come. I just get so impatientI really am a pathetic creature at timesI appreciate all my friends here who don't seem to mind me

I can totally relate to being impatient. It's good that the company has said that they will work with you. At least you know you will get the bead eventually!

I am waiting for Fedex to deliver the beads that I ordered yesterday. They are out on the truck for delivery! I can't wait to give my mom her christmas tree.

Lynn, you are like me, I can't wait to give presents that I get for peopleI often give away the surprise because I can't wait for them to know what they are getting. I absolutely love to get presents, but I also love to get someone something I know they are really wanting. It is lots of fun. I am really surprising my husband this Christmas with an upgraded camera that he wants but doesn't want to spend the money on but I went ahead and bought it for him and can't wait to see his face
Anyway, the bead still has not come as of today's mail. I in my impatience bought another one on ebay from a gal yesterday that bought that bead and two others at the world and now doesn't wear it. I got it for less than msrp and if I get the other one I will sell it next year on ebay or if anyone here wants one I will sell it for the lower of the two prices. See how pathetic I am, no patience whatsoever

You will have to let me know what version of the bead it is. If you look at the pictures of mine you can see what the bead part looks like. I have the first version, and the one that was listed on DS.com was a later one. If you end up with one that is different than mine that you decide to sell, let me know. I would be interested.

Lynn, that clears something up for me. the pics of the two I bought are different from yours in the pics of your bracelet and I was wondering about that. I didn't know they had made a later one. The biggest difference I see is the part it hangs off of. Yours has an indentation going down the whole thing in the middle and these have a notch on it and the rest is smooth. Anyway, the pics of both look like the newer version but will let you know if I ever get two. I am hoping for one at this point

No beads for me today. Fedex just updated my package and now it has gone back to Portland. I called and they claim it's due to inclement weather. It stopped snowing here early this morning though, and I saw several Fedex trucks in town this afternoon.

They say they will deliver tomorrow. Fingers crossed!

Fedex was just here! Now hopefully I can wait until tomorrow to give my mom her new bead!

We got a big snow storm for Halloween, and since then we had not had any snow until yesterday. We got 6 inches or so, but it's already melting today. Very strange winter for us. Not that I am complaining. I'm not a huge fan of the snow. It looks pretty, but it's a ton of work.
