Disney is february

I need tips for disney world in February. My senior class is doing our senior tip in february. I need tips on just bout everything. Help!!!!

I am going Feb. 14 thru Feb 18. The only days we get to go to the parks are the 15,16,and 17. We have park hoppers and we get to pick where we go each day. Lunch is on us and our school pays for breakfast and dinner. Our dinners are Rain Forest, Hard Rock Cafe and Planet Hollywood.I have been to disney world before but only during July. I kinda need ideas on what to pack, crowds, good walk ups for lunch. Our last day in the parks they give us $25 to eat on and I was gonna try to save money and do a sit down that day. I just have to make sure we can pick parks like they said.
