Disney inspired nails for vacation

I took my 7 year old dd for a pedicure right before we left for Disney...her toes turned out so stinkin' cute!

To post pics you actually have to host them on a site like Photobucket. (That's the one I use.) Then, once they're on there, you have to copy the code and post it in your message. Then when the actual post goes up, you'll see the picture. (However, if you go in to edit your post, you'll see the code again.)

I do Disney nails before every trip. Once I painted my nails red and put little mickey heads all over them. Some had 2 or 3 mickeys facing different directions. This was easy to do with a toothpick-the kind that are flat.round one on end. Just dip it in the polish and dot it on. When we were there for Star Wars weekends I did the stormtroopers. They turned out really cool and I got lots of comments!

WICKED cute fingers and piggies everyone!!!

(pp who asked, no disney mani/pedi places will not do any kind of mickey heads, but i wonder if they'd do minnie colors/dots?)

I just picked up a white "stripe drawing" nail polish @ Sally (it's nail paint but in a bottle w/ a wicked skinny tipped brush) and I am going to see what dd wants to do. I like the random white mickey heads and dots, but I also like the red with white dots.

I am going to get my nails done next week for our up coming trip on the 15th. My toes are going to be lime green with tiger strips and my fingers are going to be lime green with whatever disney design they decide to do...I was originally going to ask them to make a mickey head out of a ton of tiny rhinestones but I don't know how much they would charge for that...I will try to post pics when I get the chance.

I bought a bunch of nail decals and I can't decide how I went my finger nails done. Here is what I have let me know what you all think. I have Tinkerbelle sitting, Buzz and Woody, Black Mickey ears, Sorcerer Mickey, the word "Disney" and Lilo & Stitch. I have a lot of different nail polish colours and I have stuff to do a french manicure. I would love some help. I don't want to over-do it, but I want something a little creative. Would putting one decal on each finger be too much???

The nail shop that I go to has air brush Disney designs. i have also gone with the classic Mickey head as well

I'm pretty sure I saw disney nail stamp designs. Those make designing nails so simple. I can't wait to do my nails for disney. What a creative thread.
