Disney Honeymoon in May

We are taking our "Disneymoon" in May and can't wait!! We are currently supposed to be staying at the SSR. Does anyone have any suggestions for things we can or should do down there for our special week? We will be arriving early Monday and leaving late on Sunday. Thanks!

We got married in disney last may and are going back this year for our anniversary. We didnt get to do much with all the wedding things going on last year so we're looking forward to relaxing this year. What are things you'd like to do? We are DVC members and have stayed at SSR once. I would request to stay in I want to say Carousel is the closest to the main pool lobby/check in if you won't have a car. If you'll have a car, you're good anywhere. You could rent a boat, do a fishing excursion, go to splitsville at DTD, see a cirque show if you haven't yet, plan some nice date nights and go out for dinner? You could also plan a honeymoon photo shoot if you like photos. You could also rent the yacht at the floridian to watch the MK fireworks, or book the tomorrowland terrace dessert party in the MK if you haven't before? Maybe do the Segway tour at Epcot one morning or rent a boat to see the epcot fireworks from? So many possibilities for romance! Congratulations and Enjoy!

Thanks for the advice on which building to request. We won't have a car with us so the closer the better. We are registered for the disney honeymoon account for guests to be able to buy us something from there rather then a gift we don't need. We know we are going to see a cirque show because someone was nice enough to buy us the tickets we registered for so I'm really excited about that. I have been looking at different places for a nice dinner or two. Last year we were there and we did the dinner show at the Polynesian and it was fantastic, we had such a good time. There are so many great things to do there it's so hard to decide. I like the idea about a photo session though, I'm defiantly going to look into that! Hope you guys have fun there for your anniversary !!!
