Disney honeymoon for newbies

So my FI I have decided on Disney World to take our honeymoon in June 2015. I have only been to the park once, in 2012, and he has only been once back in 2004. Neither one of us is very familiar with Disney. I was wondering for those of you who have taken their honeymoons at Disney or are just super familiar with the park can offer some recommendations? We do plan on spending quite a bit of time at the parks, and do plan to visit all 4 parks during our stay, as well as staying on Disney property. I really appreciate any information you'd like to share I'm especially interested in recommendations for booking, I was planning on just booking on the Disney site, my Father who took his honeymoon with my Step Mom back in 1994 recommended calling Disney instead, and someone else recommended a travel agent. So some insight from those of you who have booked would be awesome as well! Thanks in advances!
