I've never had a Cobb salad... I eat a lot of salads, usually garden salads with iceberg lettuce, tomatoes, green peppers, cucumbers, etc. I like most of the bad stuff you can put on salads too- croutons, bacon, cheese... Can you describe the famous Cobb salad to me??
From allears:
The Cobb salad was invented when owner Robert Cobb raided the refrigerator seeking a midnight snack for theater magnate Sid Grauman.
Our Famous Brown Derby Cobb Salad - with finely chopped greens, turkey breast, egg, bacon, tomatoes, crumbled bleu cheese, avocado, chives and Cobb dressing
LL and Jen- 5 days!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

So excited for you guys. I know what you mean about the packing overwhelming you. I have a HUGE pile of stuff just shooved on top of the suitcase. Don't even know where to start. Keep remembering things and adding them to my list. Thank Goodness for no baggage fees! With the weather all over the place and diapers and snacks etc, we need a lot of luggage!
Your sneaks are cute Leslie!! Smart job taking your old, trusty pair too. I should've done that for our trip in 07. Why did I think new shoes would be ok for the duration?

After I bought the Micky mouse crocs, I wore socks with them cus I wasn't used to the bumps. At that point I didn't care what a dork I looked like in capris, and socks with crocs. Never got blisters, so maybe the socks helped? Good to know that is what caused your blisters in May. I have the same pair of Mary Jane-ish crocs that I think I saw you wearing in one of your pics. So maybe I won't be packing them for this trip....

I've discovered Privo's, an offshoot of Clark's. They are super comfy shoes but not Tennis shoes per se. I'm bringing them as a back up. After so many days in sneakers, it feels so good to get into something else! I found mine at the Clark's outlet on sale! Even better!

All y'all's food is making me drool. I'm gonna run out of snack credits trying all this new stuff!

Jen-
