Can Disney gift cards be used at stores in DTD (Disney Springs)? I am referring to stores like Basin, Earl of Sandwich, etc. that are non-Disney? I believe that they are not but I am trying to get as much bang for our SCRIP buck as I can. Thanks for your help!
