Disney Gift Cards-Giant Eagle Gas perks

I noticed Giant Eagle sells Disney gift cards. They are good at all the Disney parks. I figured I still need to pay off my room reservation and dining plan for my DVC reservation. Between the two I am going to buy 2500.00 which will give me more than 10.00 in gas perks on my Giant Eagle card.. Which could translate into more than 200.00 savings in gas! Not to mention the Disney dollars I will get from using my Disney card to buy them.

Has anyone done this? My neighbor did this and he said it worked well.

Not yet but I am going to as well for our upcoming trip. I was so happy to see them being sold there and at Walgreens as they are closer to me then a Disney Store.

As soon as I saw that you could get cards from Giant Eagle, I've been buying a couple every few weeks to help pay for our trip in August. I'm hoping to be able to get our tickets with them. Seeing as how we need 14 tickets, it should add up to quite a bit in gas savings.
Do you have any Martin's or Giant stores near you? They don't have the gift cards but I love their gas points deals!!

These gift cards came out about 2 months before our trip. I used them for EVERYTHING....our food, parking, souvies, etc. It was great, and we still have at least $6 in fuel perks. You just can't beat combining the fuel perks with the Disney Reward dollars!
