Disney Gift Cards--anywhere NOT participate?

I'm not sure the best place to post this query, sorry. I'm looking at getting a bunch of Disney Gift Cards to pay for our trip and other expenses while on it (dining tips, souvenirs, Pirates League, Main St. Barbershop, etc...)

The gift cards say "participating locations at Walt Disney World® Resort in Florida"...do any of you know of places that won't accept the gift cards? Places in the parks? The resorts? Downtown Disney?
