Disney Gift Card shipping time

Want to get a variety of gift cards to keep the family on budget. What's the turn-around time on shipping when you order gift cards from disney store online? Trying to decide if it's better to buy them at the store (but have less selection in card design).

They usually take 7 - 10 days to get to us up here in Oregon. I believe they're shipped from Orlando (could be very wrong about that). It's definitely not quick.

What we've done is order a few special designs that we like, and we have them all listed on my account on disneygiftcard.com . We then purchase the generic red Mickey ones at the grocery store etc. and transfer the balance of those cards to one of our special cards. Those cards have made many a trip with us now!
