When I want to combine cards, I go to the courtesy desk in the store, and there are no problems. Not as easy as shopping in your nightclothes, but it does work. Hope there is a store near you.

I had no problem buying one at self checkout today with a target gift card so that's another option.

Yeah, I have done this before too so I know it is an option. Just bummed about losing yet another online option Wonder when the change happened, and honestly, I wonder why? What is wrong with letting people combine online??

My Sams Club was 144.98 so it went up from 142.97 just purchased some yesterday..

I think this option went away a while ago, I've been buying Disney GCs using several $25 Target GCs from Swagbucks and Perk at the Target self check out for at least a few months now. I agree, it's a bummer.

Has this been posted before?? You can no longer use a Target GC to buy a Target GC. I went to combine a few tonight and the system gave me an error. just FYI.

Does it not work even if you add a non-GC item in with the order?

It worked for me less than a month ago.

No, I always add a non-GC item (or at least for the last several months). I added a home decor item this time but it did not work.

I have been buying mine at Sam's as well, but read on this board about BJs. You can buy online without a membership, and it is cheaper than Sam's. 94.99 for a $100 gc (vs 95.98 per $100 on Sam's). Every little bit helps!

I wouldn't mind going to BJ's route, but right now I have a bunch of walmart gc's (1 I got from a bunch of items we returned at Christmas. and then 2 others I cashed out from Swagbucks). We don't shop at Walmart that often ad I'd rather use them towards our next trip.

You can also use ebates with BJ's. I mention this because I just ordered some and forgot to do it (even though I kept telling myself to do it beforehand).

I'm not sure if that is standard for them now, or if you only get it via clicking through someone's referral link (hence Doc's note above). People post their links on frequent flyer blogs, so if you google enough, I'm sure you'll find one. Or just take your chances and apply via Discover directly. I noticed that Frequent Miler lists the $50 on his site as if its a standard thing. But you're right - when I click on his link to Discover, I don't see reference to the $50 in writing.
