I just checked out the Target website and it appears to have been completely redesigned. From what I see, you can no longer order physical gift cards (Disney, eBay, Southwest, etc) online. On top of that, there is NO discount on any of the e-mailed gift cards (eBay, Southwest, etc) either.
This means that if you want to save 5% on your DISNEY gift cards, you have to go to the store and pay for them WITH YOUR RED CARD, not with gift cards. This really sucks for those who do not live anywhere near a Target because they now have no way to get the Disney gift cards AT ALL

.
Fortunately, for now, you can still go to the store and buy the Disney gift cards using Target gift cards, but who knows how long that will last. Since Target.com only allows 4 gift cards per order, and Target loves to give away $5 and $10 gift cards with purchase, it seems like you MUST use gift cards to buy a larger gift card as that is the only way to combine them. Hopefully, this policy does not change and we can still see a substantial savings by using free gift cards (Swagbucks, Perk, FWP, etc) to turn into Disney gift cards

.
If we lose the ability to buy entertainment cards using Target gift cards, I will no longer have a reason to shop at Target. I buy my groceries next door at Meijer and I can get all of my other household goods across the street at Wal-Mart. The RedCard discount on the gift cards is what kept me coming back! Now, if they would allow me to pay my Red Card with Target gift cards (like Kohl's does!)...THEN I would be a very happy customer
