Please let us know if you are able to place another Target order and if that order goes through.
Fingers crossed for you!
I will I went to store and bought target cards in store I will try Disney online hopefully it goes through dvc dues paid already and have enough for trip this summer saved about 14 % total thanks to all of you . But now I can't buy a ruler online :-)

I don't know if this has been discussed but I'm wondering if anyone has tried this.

When you pay with your Target red card in store, you insert the card, and the discount comes off. I have the debit card, so I have the option for cash back. but before you confirm total payment, it asks "are you putting this all on the card?" or something like that. Has anyone done a split pay with a gift card AFTER they inserted the red card and received the discount? Did you keep the discount or did it change? Just wondering if this is a workaround at the store...
I wondered the same thing, but have not tried it

I have placed 5 orders of eBay gift cards at Target over the past two weeks, all with a trusty ruler. Last one was last night, I have received my ebates for all of them. Last night my WiFi was being sketchy and I had to try four times before I had a signal through my whole transaction. I got an email from ebates saying it saw I had not completed my order, and if I had and was expecting a rebate to contact them. My ebate credited before the email came.

Hi all, I wanted to post because I knew you would appreciate! I had $70 left when they ran out of gc's at Target the other day. Today I purchased more from another site without really thinking about the exact amount! well, it ended up being 100% perfect to buy $600 worth of Disney cards for $570 worth of target cards! (Purchased at 5.8% off) so happy to not have to think about gift card "leftovers" and make sure I keep Track! :)

I'm trying to read through but you can imagine how much info this is! Ty for all those who figure this stuff out! AND share it, unlike that one guy

Here's my question- could I go through ebates, buy Disney gift cards on target.com and get the 5% off PLUS the 2% back through ebates?

I don't have the patience or attention spans to do some of the major dealing, but this I could handle lol

Yes, but only if you add something else to your order (like a ruler, bottle of school glue, etc.). Even then, it may not credit and eBates will not credit you for a GC order.

This morning I ordered 2 $100 Disney GC from Target.com plus another item (art kit for kids bday present). I paid with one two different Target GC (one purchased at a grocery store and another from Giftcard Zen). I got an email at 10:37 saying my order was cancelled and another at 10:45 saying my order was being processed. Should I call customer service? Is there a way to check the current value on my gift card to see if the other order went through?

ETA - Just went to my order history and it still says order cancelled. Why would they cancel it?

How do I receive the target 5% redcard discount? I did it before in the past but I am trying to buy more gc's but it is not giving the 5%. Did something change?
Today was my 1st time trying to use my REDcard to purchase GCs with a GC. I struggled for at least *45* minutes trying to get my REDcard to be the default payment (it was set as my default payment in my account, but would not default to it in the purchasing process) - I tried everything I could think of. So, finally, here is what I did. I entered my REDcard info as the payment method on the Billing Page, my discount was applied, and I continued to the "Review & Purchase" page. Once I did that, I clicked on the tab at the top that says "Billing" and I switched my payment method to my Target GC. My REDcard discount remained and I completed my purchase. Hope this helps.

Someone a couple pages back on this thread had their order cancelled, and Target said it was because they were flagged as a "reseller" and blocked them from shopping online anymore...if that's the case with yours too it's odd they would allow one order but cancel the other

Well, I think I'm all set for our vacation after adding in a bit to cover the extras. Less competition now for you guys to get the cards at Raise, thanks again everyone! I think I was pretty easily able to average about 12.5% between Raise and Target red card, didn't try to do any of the churning that you guys did.

Lots of people have had their orders cancelled recently and so far I've only heard of one person on here who was told it was because he was being considered a reseller. I still think that sounds fishy and am hoping he got the wrong answer. Otherwise a whole bunch of us will soon be banned from Target.com:)

I have absolutely 0% factual confirmation of my hunch, but what I suspect is that some orders are randomly flagged by a computer system to be manually reviewed by a human being. This human being then determines that while the computer system will allow you to pay for your purchase with a gift AND get the Red Card 5% discount, that's not really how things should work and manually cancels the order.

Again, pure hunch - no empirical evidence at all to support my theory.

Does anyone know how many orders (3 GC max) may be placed in one day?

I was just going to ask the same question...Just placed an order for 3 $50 gc's, but I "need" one more $50 gc...was wondering if I place a second order, will it get cancelled or raise a flag and then Target cancels both orders...

I've placed 11 orders on the same day with no problems.

Just for future reference, you can order 4 $50 Disney gift cards at one time.
