I have tried multiple times, keeps saying "currently unavailable ", is anyone else getting this on the $50?

The $50 says "shipping not available" for me.

Has anyone else bought the SW airline GC's that are currently 15% off? I bought $200 last night and I cannot figure out how to get the codes. In 'My ebay', it says "Please see your purchase confirmation in Messages to view your voucher." There is nothing in my messages about this. I have bought SW gc's before from PPDG and the codes have always been emailed to me. I'm so confused!

ETA: Maybe they are just still processing it?? Just never saw that message before when I buy from them and they usually email the code in about an hour. But I see they say to allow 24 hours.

I finally was able to buy some this morning. I didn't get the 15% off which I'm pretty mad about, but I'll get over it. I got mine within a half an hour.

Day 13 since I reported the shipment missing and I at least have some movement on the problem.

To briefly recap, I ordered some Target gift cards during a promo. The package "stalled" while in UPS' hands at a warehouse one state away. After it sitting there 3 days, I checked with UPS & they agreed something was wrong with the shipment, but that the shipper would have to initiate an investigation. I contacted GCM about the issue and banged my head against the wall for a week as nobody read any of previous messages I'd sent them. As far as I have deduced, somebody at UPS stole the package and used 4 of the 5 cards I ordered. GCM eventually sent a replacement for the 1 card that wasn't cashed in, but initially said tough noogies on the other 4.

After getting after them daily & also complaining to eBay for another week, I was finally told today I'd be receiving a refund for the 4 missing cards. Personally, I'd rather have the 4 cards as I don't have another opportunity to buy them now that they're no longer stocked on eBay. (That, plus I'm sure they'll claw back my bonus eBay bucks.)

I'm glad that you've gotten some sort of satisfaction from GCM, even if it is only a refund with a possible loss of the eBay bucks. At least you will be made whole.

I'm back from BB. The BB GC -> eBay GC worked fine for me other than the fact that the cashier I had didn't know how to complete the process. She had to get assistance from another cashier, but it worked without a hiccup.

What good is $500 for free that you can spend on pretty much anything you can imagine... [?] Ebay sells everything but true love... and I guess Target cards when they run out.

That's good and that stinks all at the same time. I'm glad you are getting a refund and not out the money, but I'm almost positive the ebay bucks will be clawed back. I had ordered a target gift card that never came (from an individual) and had to initiate a complaint through ebay. They refunded the money, but did claw back ebay bucks.

I got that same message a few weeks ago. After waiting 36+ hours, I used the "contact seller" button and asked when I could expect the gift card. I had the gift card emailed almost immeadiately. Also, received a rather a message condescending message about "how PPDG was resending the email and I should always check my spam folders, etc.

I need some advice on a Target order. It was supposed to arrive 5/12. We live in Kansas very near the Missouri border and on 5/13 I received this notification:

Lees Summit, MO, United States 05/13/2016 7:09 A.M. Package routed to wrong local post office. Package will be transferred to correct post office for delivery.

Now Lee's Summit, MO is only 25-30 minutes away, so USPS mail for both my location and this town go to the main KCMO PO to be sorted and sent to the local POs. After Lee's Summit, my order went back through the KCMO main PO again and now this is what the status has said for the past 3 days:

What is going on?!?! Why is my package sitting in IN? Now this was sent UPS via Mail Innovations, so it gets transferred to the PO for delivery. Do I contact USPS since it has already been transferred to them or UPS?

With us leaving tonight, I am very frustrated with this order!

Thanks for updating. With the current situation, I'd want the cards replaced too rather than a refund. But I guess this is as good as it's gonna get and at least you are getting your money back.

The Perfect Storm but not in your favor! Bad timing all around, however, at least you are getting your money back. And yes, they'll take back your Ebucks most likely.

I'm back from BB. The BB GC -> eBay GC worked fine for me other than the fact that the cashier I had didn't know how to complete the process. She had to get assistance from another cashier, but it worked without a hiccup.

It's good to hear another encouraging experience. I'm a little hesitant after failed attempts to buy GC with GC at both Sears and Kmart in spite of everyone else being successful. I'll give it a try this weekend.

What a frustrating ordeal. I'm glad you're getting your money back although I would have liked the cards too.

Makes me wonder what the purpose of requiring a signature is. You obviously didn't sign for the delivery so why was GCM giving you such a hard time about replacing the order.

I decided to jump on another HomeDepot card, again from SVM on ebay, $500 card. Leaves me with only $200 in eBay GC and less than $50 Target GC but I can buy the hubby (who is currently on workers comp for a really bad concussion) a Weber grill that will last more than one season! And it's a surprise!

So strategy right now is to just buy Target at my Giant Eagle for the fuel perks, and then use them on Target.com for Disney OR Ebay should GCM get their stock back. Whatever eBucks I have to redeem in July will go towards GC's for the Rainforest Cafe (my hubby's only request for the whole trip was to eat there), whatever gas stations there are between Pittsburgh and Orlando, and Disney.

The BB GC -> eBay GC worked so well at the store today that I decided churn through again for another $300 in BB GCs and now I've spent over an hour between PP and eBay trying to unlock my account. PP said it was eBay's problem (after going through all the personal identification info) and eBay says that the error is on PP's side. I'm now on hold with PP again.

UPDATE: After 90 minutes of useless attempts and being told by both PP and eBay that it's the other party's problem, I've given up and hung up the phone. The static on the line with PP was so horrible that it has given me a headache! I logged into the eBay account that I use for selling (it's linked to the same PP account) and I could go through the checkout process if I wanted to but I have no desire to mess up that account as well. So I'm done dealing with eBay/PP for the day. One really has to wonder how a company could grow to be so big yet be so inept. smh

My churning experience this round ....

Received my Target $600 Monday but already decided to cash that out Disney in store - which I did today without issue - for my DL trip in 2 weeks. Lost out on 5% from buying online but I wasn't willing to risk the cards in transit at this short of a juncture. Sadly lost out on $30 savings there though.

DH account was only one that received the 5x offer.

I needed to add to my capital as my goal is to maximize everything I can this quarter as trip is in Sept/Oct and won't get the next quarters earnings in time. Went to Kroger and purchased EBay $500 for 2x fuel points for a 7% return.

Used PPDG for Best Buy and had to split the order into 2 purchases - $200 and $300 and use separate pay pals to get it to go through. Each one required text verification. One of them locked down after and I had to reset password and confirm it was me. Took me a good 35min. Earned $50 in ebucks and forgot to reset the ebates on my second order. Fail that.

Contemplated doing a second round of $500 and went to BB but checked eBay on phone to see if DH's account would work and NOPE won't even let me get to checkout with PPDG. tried using GS from GCM and NOPE won't let me go to checkout again. So account locked on eBay but PayPal acts like all good. Specifically it says "CANNOT LOAD CART AT THIS TIME" when I go to check out of Ebay. I'll let that sit till tomorrow and see if it clears itself before I waste time on the phone.

Went ahead and cashed BB out for Disney because I need more toward the Oct trip anyways than I could earn in churning over the next 2 weeks (will be out of town for 3 weeks in June so churning on pause till July).

Best Buy - no gc-gc issue. We had load able Disney, EBay, even gas cards for shell which works perfect with my kroger fuel points. She asked where I got them.
Target - no issue gc-gc. She commented I had a lot of vacation money.

I went through that headache once with PPDG. The whole fiasco took 45 minutes on the phone to resolve, and from what I'm reading here, I ended up with one of the better CS reps!

As a result, there'd have to be a 10x (20%) ebay bucks deal for me to go through that angst on the 50/50 proposition that they'd eventually be able to allow my order to go through.

The fraud detection on purchasing through PPDG is set like an early 90s car alarm - someone slams a car door 30 feet away & it goes off!
