No, it definately does not. That's the problem with ordering them online. You are literally at their mercy when you receive unactivated gift cards, because you have absolutely no identifying gift card numbers on your receipt. Believe me, the trouble this can cause you is no where near being worth a 5% discount(or any amount of discount).There's a 10 digit number that prints at the top of the actual gift card, the part of the card with the account number on it not the top part with the bar code. Does anyone know if this is an activation number? I notice that it prints on the target receipt when I buy one in the store. Anyone know if this number prints on the receipt when you buy them on the target website?
