Sorry to quote myself but I didn't get the email went to eBay (defaulted to the mobile version on my cell phone and changed to classic version-went into my eBay mailbox and no offer which is when I posted here) but I checked again a few minutes later and suddenly it was right there on my home page (still no email and still no message in my eBay inbox both of which I got last week lol)
So maybe try checking again later this am-maybe they don't all load immediately?

Hard to miss if it is there-but the promotions do scroll so give it a minute if you log into the site and don't see it immediately (I had 4 that cycled in that spot on my homepage)

I was curious too, if someone could post a screen shot of what the promo looked like on the homepage?

I signed up for a second account a few days ago, didn't get the offer in either one (at least as far as I know- no e mail and nothing I see on the Homepage)

I have been checking around, and found some suggestions that might work for some:
One person said he called eBay and asked to get the promotions, they said they couldn't do that but he is getting them now
One person thought that spending the eBucks put him on a list
Another had everything checked on the Communications list, and felt that clicking through the eBay e mails 2-3x per week eventually got him on the list.
Another thought was that those buying without the promotions WOULDN'T be targeted for the promotions, since they didn't seem to need the nudge to purchase...

UGH!!! I had to bring my daughter to the bus stop, when I came back to retry to purchase, the offer (and the lady on the bike) were gone! I didn't submit right away before I left because my eBay bucks total went from $60 to $15 after I applied my gift cards, so I figured I'd try again when I got home, and now it's gone!

When I go to my shopping cart it says "pay today and earn $60," but when I hit the checkout button it changes to $15. Is this normal? I guess $15 is better than nothing, but I'd prefer $60 obviously!

Hmmm. Mine had the proper 8% amount calculated all of the way through checkout. I used 5 eBay GCs and some PayPal money to cover the full cost.

That's exactly what I was going to do too, GC to cover the cost and PayPal for the shipping. Oh well, I'm just going to take screen shots of both and submit my order. If it only credits the $15 then I'll see what can be done.

I went ahead with the purchase after taking screen shots, and wouldn't you know it, once I submitted the order it went back to the $60 earned! My first complete churn and only one small glitch...not too shabby!!
