What is the minimum percent y'all try to get off the target cards? I was shopping around on raise and i see they're only around 5% right now. I mean some savings is better than none of course

Last year, there was an issue with GCM and people were getting their orders canceled, but mine never was. I messaged them twice, and waited patiently. Finally, I asked when my cards were coming, and they were like "oh, sorry, your order was canceled, we will refund back to your gift cards within 2 weeks." I was *super* frustrated, but that didn't stop me from churning.

Thanks! I'm not *too* worried about it since I know eventually I'll either have $400 Target gcs in my mailbox, or $400 Ebay GCs I can use for Target gc's at some point. Just a little frustrating to not hear back 24 hours later when I know they're sold out of them!

The best I personally have seen/purchased is slightly over 6%. I'll buy at 5% but probably not lower than that. Sometimes I catch myself getting nitpicky - "Well, this one is 5.5% and this one is 5.6%" then I realize it's pennies of a difference, haha.

the high i've seen is in the 7% but those always go before i can get my information logged in

Just beware that paypal has banned people for having multiple accounts, even if they are for different people. I have even read of them banning people that didn't live in the same household (ie, someone was using their family members wifi during a visit, and the family members and the person using the wifi were all banned). If you don't have paypal, you can't use ebay gift cards....

Thank you for the heads up, I didn't know this. I changed my e-mail address on MobiSave and closed my new PayPal account. My wife does already have a separate PayPal account that she doesn't really use so if I hit the limit on mine I could switch to using hers.

Also, I got a shipping notice for the GCM cards I bought on Saturday. ETA next Tues, 2/9. I also wised up and had them shipped to my office this time so I don't have to worry about someone being home to sign for them.

How long does it take Gift Card Mall to ship Target GC from EBay? I ordered them three days ago and they still are not marked shipped and no tracking number. They have not answered my email either. Says estimated delivery day Is Feb 33rd but it has not even been mailed out yet.

My cards have taken as few as 9 days to as long as 16 days

What is the $5,000 limit on - buying gift cards from GCM?

This is the limit of Ebay cards you can use on one Paypal account. This limit is not imposed by Ebay. I have used $6,000 in Ebay GCs on my only ebay account, but I have 2 paypal accounts. 1 business and 1 personal, which is allowed by Paypal.

I'm a little nervous, too. I purchased last Tuesday I think. My estimated arrival date was Thursday 2/4. I sent them a question immediately after I purchased, asking if I could amend my shipping address (I forgot my apt # .. doh!) and they emailed me back yesterday (5 days later) telling me they had not yet been shipped and I could either cancel and repurchase them, or continue on with them. I read that you have to sign for orders $250+ (mine was over that amount) so I continued on, assuming I'd have to sign, and I'll be home that afternoon when the mail comes so I figured it's alright.

Now I'm reading the post from the other day (I can't remember who said it, sorry) saying that they were out of $150 GC's. I ordered 2, so I'm interested to see what happens. I'll be so mad if I end up stuck w/ $400 in Ebay GC's. Ugh.

Its an eBay limit. You can only use $5K worth of eBay gift cards as PAYMENT per rolling 6 months.

Actually it is a Paypal limit. I have spent more than $6k on my Ebay account in GCs since December. I have 2 Paypal accounts.

I have a problem I haven't encountered before. I was trying to use up a bunch of 'smaller' eBay GCs and ran into a new limit on the number of gift cards ebay is allowing. My last order let me put in as many as I wanted. This order is limiting me to 5.

I'm going to go back & make sure I haven't bumped up against any spending limits, but as far as I know, I shouldn't be near any.

I just purchased cards yesterday using 6 GCs. I think you may be hitting up against the $5k limit.

My understanding is the 5k limit is based on gcs used AND purchased so if you bought a $500 gc using an eBay gc you would be at 1K. Can anyone confirm this? I think this is why it adds up so quickly for people.

No, only GCs used.

I purchased at an 11% discount just after Mother's Day in 2015. 6% is good and where I usually jump in. But any discount is good, but try and wait until they are at least 5%.

They always get delivery confirmation for me. Lately they have been coming 2 days before expected delivery date and I wasn't home a couple times so they had to retry the next day because of it.

GCM usually ship through UPS for me and always required a signature. I'm never home when they deliver as well, but I found out if you sign up for UPS online site, you can reroute your package to a local UPS store for free. I have done that the past 3 times and it work great. On the way home, stop by my small UPS branch store.

For those of you who use your Disney gift cards in the parks to pay for smaller things (as opposed to using them toward your hotel or something), do you prefer to combine your balances into one larger one and use that one for all purchases, or keep your cards separate? I hate having to keep track of several cards and their corresponding receipts (on the rare occasion I do have to return a merchandise item... it has happened and you do have to have the exact card you used), but conversely, the thought of potentially losing EVERYTHING if my entire balance is one card freaks me out. What do you all do?

The kids needed Valentine's cards so I put them in a couple of different gift card orders and will pick them up later. There's also a few other things that I find less expensive at Target than the grocery store so I'll use some of my hard gift cards to pay for those goods. I KNOW I'm saving - just don't want to take the extra time to figure it out It also seems safe to me to have variety in my Target orders as to not get flagged for any suspicious activity. Don't know what the formula is to get flagged but I hope to not be one of those people as Target online is used for more than just gift card orders for me!

Ah, now that's something I never thought of because I am a DL girl instead of WDW, and they don't have the bands.... and I almost never stay on site (maybe one time a year).

I should have worded that differently. Not flagged but BANNED rather. A couple different posters have mentioned they are BANNED from purchasing on Target.com. No explanation.

My minimum is 5%. Most of what I buy is in the 5-7% range. Right after Christmas, I logged in right away to snag some at 10-12%. That doesn't happen very often anymore, but if you keep checking sometimes there's 1 or 2 at a higher %. When I really needed them I've even bought them at 2-3% as it was all that was available. Any savings is better than none.

I've been doing this too and it works great. I have it sent to the UPS store near my work and I can pop over on my break to pick them up. They are starting to get to know me there.
