So can you make a new eBay acct to get around this, with just a different email, or doesn't this work!?

The limitation is on the PayPal account, not eBay. I think you can have both a personal PayPal account and a business PayPal account but they need separate checking accounts.

Not sure if anyone mentioned this, but at least for me the m.target website has been updated without the 3 line button menu on the top left. Can't access the m.target pin code gift card portal anymore.

To use a Target egift card in store, I use target.com, not the cartwheel app, correct? I would prefer to just take a printed copy of the egift card with me, but I think I remember that does not work . Could someone please remind me of the details of using an egift card in store? thank you.

Please note before you can use your Target eGiftCard at a Target store, you'll need to convert it to a Target Mobile GiftCard.

1. Open the Target App on your web-enabled mobile device.
2. Create an account or sign into an existing account.
3. From the menu, select Account, then My GiftCards.
4. Enter your 15-digit GiftCard number and 8-digit access number.
5. Select add.

Once your Target eGiftCard is saved to your account, you can use it just like any Mobile GiftCard. At checkout, the team member will scan your mobile device to apply the GiftCard balance toward your purchase.

No. The 5% discount with Target GC only works online.

They run out periodically. I'd guess they'll be back in stock in a week or two.

They do them at certain times, almost always targeted offers (so not everyone). Very rarely do they offer them during the months ebay bucks can be spent (Jan, Apr, July, Oct) and then almost never to people that have ebay bucks to spend.

They have run out at least 4 times since October. They probably are not going to stop selling them online, but they may. It is usually a week or 2, and then they have them back in stock.

thanks I'll wait then till Feb to see if I get an offer. Have time but would like to get them switched back to target so I can trade then into disney as soon as they become available again.

I've only signed up in October, but in November & December, 3x was most common followed closely by 4x. 5x only popped up once or twice in 2 months. That time of year, they were running once a week. They'd be available for at most 2 days, often less than 1.

I ordered 3 eBay gift cards from Target yesterday and got my ebates a few hours later. I now have it set on my webpage so it prompts me to choose to activate or not when visiting a site it works with. Not sure if that is new or not, but very handy.

Anyone who is looking for Starbucks gift cards, raise has them for 12.2 percent off right now. I loaded up since we love breakfast at Starbucks in the Magic Kingdom.

I know that Target occasionally runs out of the Disney gc's. I went to check if they are still out, and they are. It says 'visit store to purchase' and 'shipping not available'. Just wondering, is that what it usually says when they are sold out of the cards?
