Unless I'm missing something, this process has been dead for a while.
Is there a place to put in the code on the app, assuming I can even recover it? I guess I’m worried I’ll waste time driving over there and not even know how to ask for help at CS. When I bought online it just automatically applied the code which is why I thought it was working. It's not a total loss. You could easily go into the store and speak to CS. Maybe even wait until you hear back.

I meant buying an eBay GC with a GameStop GC. I thought it was blocked by the POS system? No, it was still going on, even extended. I believe the end date was March 7th or 9th. I wasn't really keeping up since we had it.
I think it’s just for Amazon gift cards that got blocked. If not I can just buy Switch stuff and sell it on eBay.Unless I'm missing something, this process has been dead for a while.
Not unless you're in the resale game looking to make some cash.Is there any way to leverage today's eBay 15% off coupon into a Disney GC? I know it explicitly excludes gift cards, so just wondering if I'm missing another angle.
For those who need $1000s in a short amount time, Shopkicks has 20 kicks per $ at Sam’s today only. If gift cards are eligible, buy a $500 gift card and use a referral bonus, you can cash out for $40 worth of gift cards (they have Walmart and Disney) or do a few walk ins and $40 to your PayPal. Plus an additional 5% back in Uber rewards, 2% back from Dosh and at least 1% back from your credit card.
My Shopkick also had an offer today for 200 kicks for ANY Sam's Club receipt. I went to Sam's and bought $150 Sam's card (plus garbage bags and soap that we actually needed!) I immediately got notification from Dosh that I had gotten 2% cash back on the full purchase amount. I also got instant notification from Uber credits of $9.16 in credits (5% of the full purchase amount).
I just joined Sam's, so I haven't had much experience with using Sam's gift cards to get Disney gift cards, and I decided to do some experimenting. I bought one set of $75 gift cards after logging in to Sam's through ebates (1.5% cash back). Because ebates is tied to using linked credit cards, I paid by putting $70 on the Sam's gift card and $1.98 on my ebates-linked credit card.
Then I went through Shopkick (for the 20 kicks per $1 deal going on today) and did the same thing - split my purchase between the Sam's gift card ($70) and my regular Visa ($1.98).
Unfortunately ebates and Shopkick don't post their cash back immediately with Sam's, so I'm not sure to what extent my experiments will work. I'll report back once I get notification!
BTW, THANK YOU to whoever up-thread posted about Uber credits. I had no idea that was a thing!! We use Uber at Disney a ton, and also use it at home, so that was an automatic extra 5% back on my gift card purchase!
Yes they can. I buy Uber gift cards from Amazon all the time to use on Uber eats.Does anyone know if Uber credits can be used for Uber Eats? We rarely ride Uber (2 kids still in car seats).
It works similar to Dosh, in that as long as you have a credit card linked, you automatically get the credits - no scanning anything at checkout or clicking through. But it's totally separate from Dosh.
They don't make it easy to find. In the Uber app, choose "Payment" and then scroll down to "Earn Uber cash with Visa" (the wording may have been slightly different when I signed up - I feel like it said something about "Visa Local Offers"). But once you find it, all you have to do is opt in. Then as long as you use a credit card that's linked to your Uber account, you'll automatically get the credits deposited. In addition to Sam's, my offers include a good mix of chain restaurants (Chili's and IHOP) along with some locally-owned restaurants that we frequent anyway (at lot of the same places that use Dosh, so you can really save some money eating there!) Good luck!

I found it under "Settings" and then scrolled down to "Rewards" and clicked Visa Local Offers to opt in (after making sure I had a Visa credit card linked to my Uber account)
