I have never heard of an automated system. I have always had to give individual GC numbers over the phone. You can combine them in a DVA account, then you only have to call in 1 "GC" number...

I am not

I called 407-939-5277 and when the automated voice asked what I needed I said "make a payment" then it asked me for my resort reservation number and it found it in the system and asked how I wanted to make a payment, I then said gift card and it asked me for the gift card number. I did this several times over the last few months.

One time I called in it was having trouble finding the reservation so I did end up speaking to a CM to do my payment.

Was this option available for Room Only reservations?

Yes, I have 2 room only reservations for CBR June 7th to 13th all paid off. I called at least four or five times to make a payment and only talked to a CM once.

I wonder if my issue isn't that my reservation is room only and a friends and family discount. It's technically my reservation to do with whatever I need, but in 3 calls this morning, all sent me to a cast member. I never was asked the usual questions when initially calling. Perhaps something is up today. I was asked in the past. I do know the CM is saying their computers are really slow today. I haven't tried the other number yet as I'm on the phone with them.

No I never did get an email confirmation. I wish I had, it would make me feel better!lol

But, when I would call the next time to make a payment, it always said the correct balance.

I think ebates is still being very sketchy. I placed 2 orders the other day.....one posted through ebates and the other one didn't. I am happy for anything though as it's a bonus at this point

Same here ~ I have not received the Ebates on my last three orders with Target. I also didn't recieve it on a Kohls order that I clearly should have so not sure what their issue is. I am working to get the Kohls credit now as that was also a 16% credit day.

I contact them and they fix it right away. I didn't contact them for the Target orders though since technically I shouldn't earn a rebate on those. But I have to contact ebates a lot because it seems to miss a lot of my orders.

Can GCs be used at the Senses spa? We'll be staying at VGF, so I'm guessing they'd just charge spa services to the room and we can pay with GCs, yes?

I didn't get eBates on my most recent order either. I don't know if it is because I had to refresh the site about 6 times or not though. Usually I exit our when this happens and go back through eBates. I was frustrated with it at that point so I forgot to do that. This is the first Disney GC I didn't receive eBates for so I hope it isn't all over for me
