Check your Amex offers. New 20 off 100 at Staples and 10 off 50 at Office Max.
Same here, looks like OD/M is only on business cards that have an annual fee. No luck with StaplesThanks for the heads up. I had the Office Depot/Max one on my business cards (no Staples though).
I buy BJs giftcards on line. You either have to be home to sign for the package or pick up @ UPS. No problems.
Well, that's a bummer.
Well, that's a bummer.
It sure is. Was it sent as an email? Were you purchasing Disney gift cards?
I just went back and checked, and I also did not get the Discover Deals payout on the $1,000 worth of Sam's Club gift cards I purchased at the end of March. HOWEVER, I did receive the payout when I purchased $50 worth a few weeks prior. Don't know if there was a change or if there is just some dollar threshold they use to determine when to investigate further.
I have no idea either. But I guess I'll stick with BJ's now!
So buying gift cards at Best buy works well?
I've kind of hem hawed around trying there because I never shop there, but for some savings it would definitely be worth starting.
Yes, a fairly good deal. I got the Bjs cards for 6.85 % off, my 1% on my credit card, then 5% off at Bjs for the Disney GCs. So, I got 12.85% off of my Disney gift cards. Not fantastic, but that was the best I could find.Oh my!! That was a scare. DId you get a deal buying the bjs GC's? I'm just wondering if it's worth going through the trouble of buying the store cards then the Disney.

I have never had an issue at my local BB, even when the churn was in full force and I was going in once a week. I even mentioned specifically to the cashier that I love shopping there and using my BB Visa card to earn rewards because they allow me to use my rewards certificates to purchase Disney gift cards. With my BB Visa, I earn 2% on dining and groceries and they sometimes offer bonuses. A few months ago, it was a $100 reward for spending $500 or more outside of Best Buy. I would't have signed up for the credit card just for these rewards, though. We keep it on hand because we like to utilize the 6-18 months interest-free purchase option about once a year when we need to buy a high-dollar item. Once it was a new washer and dryer...then it was new laptops for me, DH and DD13...then it was new iPhones. Now, I just use the credit card for dining purchases.YMMV depending on the cashier, manager, and/or store policy, but generally yes. In-store POS systems allow BBY GCs for third-party gift cards; online is hit-or-miss and I've had so many cancellations that I'd suggest just go into a store. BBY carries Disney GCs in $25, $50, and $25-500 variable load denominations. Good luck!
I ordered 4/27 and received 5/1.Does BJ's normally take awhile to ship? I ordered 04/26 and 04/27. Neither order has shipped. I ordered from Sam's Club on 04/27 and that already shipped.
I got $200 for Target for $179.55, not bad. Plus my credit card rewards.

Avoid CardCash like the plague. I used to buy a lot of stuff from them, but the last 6 months have been spotty. They sell gift cards with $0 balance, or the amount disappears mysteriously after you check. They only have a 45-day "guarantee" but the guarantee just means they'll refund your purchase, not reissue the gift card. So even if you check right before you leave your house, it may be invalid by the time you get to the park/wherever and now you're hosed. Great discounts, but terrible service lately. I stopped using them all together after losing out on about $150 worth of cards (was over the 45 day "guarantee" and the last $75 or so I bought were invalid within days of purchase).
Thanks! I just got th
I've seen the complaints. Luckily every one I have bought has been good. I use them within a day of buying them.
