Kroger 4x fuel points on restaurant and movie theater gift cards begins on Wednesday and runs through Feb 17! Won't help me buy a disney card but I'll save pennies where I can!

I love buying gc's at Kroger during 4x fuel points. Bought $650 in Target gc, used those to buy Disney gc online. Saved 5% plus got a ton of fuel points. Love saving money:goodvibes

I signed up for raise and set an alert for targe gift cards. Ive been sent a bunch of alerts so far of 10% off so far since yesterday.
I find the alerts to be useless. By the time you click the link to buy, they are already gone. I get the feeling that someone out there has a program written to react to certain alerts with automatic purchases.

Have you been able to buy any of these 10% off Target gift cards? Thanks.

Same here. I also frequently get the "this card is already gone" after I've added the card to my cart, proceeded to checkout, and pressed the purchase button. I'm not doing anything else but purchasing and yet they are gone by the time I press purchase!

So I'm wondering how often the Disney cards become available on target.com? Should I just check every day?? Thanks for this awesome thread!

I'm also wondering if I can get one of those gift cards on raise and then add it to my target account online to be used later or in seperate transactions over time? (Like you can do on amazon?)

How did you save 5% if you used the gift cards online and not your Target card to pay?

Some targets were selling Disney cards at discount last week, sale over now. You can still get the 5% redcard discount on all gift cards.
Do these Disney cards ever expire? I want get some for myself and some as gifts but trips are not planned as yet...
And can you use them to pay off your account while vacationing and running a tab on the magicband

No, they don't expire. Yes, you can use them to pay room charges.

Right before you finish checking out, on the payment screen, just change your source of payment from your target red card to target gift card. Input the target gift card #'s and you'll still get the 5% off the total Disney gift card purchase, or whatever gift card you're buying. I'll be doing this with southwest airlines gift cards later this week for our October trip.

The cards are back in stock. :)

I thought I'd put a positive review out there. I just received $2500 worth of cards from target with no problems with shipping or activation. They are all already safely deposited into my DVA. Sometimes people focus on the bad experiences, but I've now purchased thousands of dollars online with not a single problem. Happy savings all!

Me too! I got 16 cards five days after ordering and all were activated! I wanted to know how to deposit the cards in the DVA. I tried to set it up and selected one time payment and I only see options to enter credit card info, and no spot to enter gift cards. Can anyone help me figure this out?

You have to open it with a credit card. I did the minimum $10 one time deposit and then you can enter your gift cards once it's set up. Unfortunately there's no way around that.

You do have to set up a credit card in the system but there is a way around paying the $10. If you set up a recurring payment, to start after today, you can get through the set up and then cancel the recurring payment. The card is still in the system as required but you did not have to pay OOP and just pay with gift cards.

I've read that you can schedule that $10 initial deposit to be withdrawn at a future date. Then you can load a gift card and cancel the $10 charge.
