I'm so sorry to hear this happened. Like everyone else I think this is so terrible and hope that Disney will try to compensate you for what you lost - not just the video itself but the experience of having a video. I'm so glad you had a wonderful photographer like Randy - with everything I've heard I'm sure his pictures will be a wonderful way to look back and remember your special day!

a little update for you

I have spoke to Disney today and I am definatly getting a full refund for the video and disney are trying to put together bits of film my brother took on his cell phone to try salvage some memorys. Also there will be a photo montage on there as well.

Still sorting it out so fingers crossed everything will turn out

Although I think this is a step in the right direction on Disney's part, I think they still may have a few more steps to go to make this right. I hope things work out in a manner that is suitable for you.

Things to remember:
1) Although there may be no video evidence to support this fact. You are married to the man of your dreams.

2) You do have pictures (which is not the same, but you have something)

3) You will always have each other!

I'm so sorry to hear about this. But it's good that they're beginning to sort it out for you. I however would not be satisfied with just a refund, I think they owe you more than that. Maybe you could ask for a Magic Kingdom photo shoot for free or something? That way some more magical memories can be captured!

OMG yeah you need to get a refund and something else,that is absolutely Rediculous!!!!I would go Bridezilla on thier *** lol.I feel so bad for you,I would be a mess if my videographer never showed up..and Disney video isn't cheap.
