I work for an airline and will be going to disney for one day. My question is how can I get from the airport to MK, for cheap?

Mears transportation (407-423-5566) gives airline employees 50% off roundtrip. With the discount, I think it will be about $16 roundtrip if I remember correctly. You may want to call to verify. This is good for the employee and up to 3 guests.

With three of you it might be cheaper to take a car service.

I've used Tiffany and yourride.net, both are good but I prefer yourride.
