Ha! I wish those were my skinny little legs - they're my friend's shorts but they are Lilly Pulitzer brand. I think she got them from Lilly Pulitzer online but the Grand Floridian shop carries a decent selection of seasonal Lilly items and you can use any applicable merchandise discounts you may qualify for (Annual Pass, DVC, etc.). I think you can occasionally find some Lilly items on the shop Disney Parks app as well! Perfect for the flower and garden festival.

Well, they were. Lunch in 2014.
Looking around now, not sure they even do lunch. Looks like brunch and a buffet type thing.
