Yes, it was really good-nice and light, with a hint of almond flavoring. It was a good choice for a hot summer day!

Coconut fruit salad, watermelon rind salad, corn salad with roasted plantains, lentil salad with hearts of palm, curry pasta salad, papaya and avacado salad, corn pudding, and roasted veggies in the middle.

Three dips with bread, coconut fruit salad, curry pasta salad, corn pudding. Side of carrot ginger soup.
