Mmm, I think I'd go to Yak & Yeti just for those fried wontons. Please tell me they taste as good as they look!

yak and Yeti looks so good! I'm calling tomorrow to get reservations!

The first photo is the shrimp cocktail. The second was the mango sorbet dessert which was fabulous! These are both at the Coral Reef restaurant.

Thanks....Coral Reef is on my short list for next trip then!!:goodvibes

Those Y & Y pictures are making me sooo hungry. I have an ADR there for September. I can't wait.

Honey Crunch Cake with Chantilly Cream, Oven-roasted Golden Pineapple and Candy Crumble $10.00

This was our best meal of the week. They do not rush you, we got there at 8:00pm and did not leave until 10:50pm.

Yum, that honey crunch cake looks fabulous!!

It's nice not to be rushed, but did you ask them to slow down your meals on purpose? I think I'd nod off if I sat in a restaurant for almost 3 hours. And I know DH would go mad with boredom! :rolleyes1

We have an ADR for January... I hope our meal goes a bit quicker!

Does anyone have any pics of Yak & Yeti CS? We have all our TS restaurants picked out, but still need to decide on CS and this one sounds promising....

Is there anyone out there that has returned with recent pictures of
Cape May Cafe food?! I made an ADR for Sept. and it will be my
first time there!
:goodvibes
Also if anyone has RECENT pics of Frontierlands' Pecos Bills
Veggie Burger and Taco Salad.(your opinion would be appreciated also)!
Also if anyone has RECENT pics of Epcots' The Land Asian pavillion
Vegetarian Plate which includes "4sides" for $7.69..(plus your opinion)

Also:rotfl: Sorry,,,I made a note about someone's NO meat Chili, but I
can't remember where it is from!!!!!!?
Help!
Thank you all Sooooooooo much:flower3:

No we did not ask for our meal to be slow down. We did want to get back to Epcot to do some last min. shopping and did not make it back in time. I would of been fine leaving right after fireworks, but did not work out that way. If you want to get in and get out I would let them know ahead of time.

Is there any Teppan Edo pics either from this thread or the last disney food pictures thread. I looked on the categorized food pics thread but teppan edo isnt even listed. :confused3

I found these from Kona

I'll go look for Cape May and Yak and Yeti

Yak and Yeti CS - one thing to note - we were there in Jan '08 for the marathon - I was watching the cash register next to us, it was taking so long - and the receipt and the total on the register were different (we were all on the ddp) the manager had to come and straighten out the other guy - and that's when she said they were not a Disney restaurant but Disney paid them back for the ddp - so please make sure before you let them ring you up - you are on the ddp!!

It was fine for the cool Jan, but give me a/c during the hot months!!

I had the honey chicken and wasnt impressed - but it was just ok - the tub had lots of rice and some chicken fried nuggets, with a honey sauce - I think this picture I took more because of the way the people in the background were acting!! lol

My cape may photos are mostly of the Panda and Stitch - we went w/o dd, and she asked that we capture moments with the Bear and Stitch!!

sorry they must be on another disc

Does anyone have pictures of the open face salmon sandwich from Kona? I noticed its not on the menu anymore:sad1: I loved that it was so good:) . Also if anyone has pictures from Ohanas old menu when they had lo mein and salmon I would love to see them. I miss that menu it was the best with pineapple and carmel for desert.:cool1:

Anyone have pictures of the Rose and Crown food? We have been to Epcot no less than a dozen and a half times and have never eaten there. I am a bit afraid to try something new. Help me out here and tell me I made a good choice. I know it's not food related but if you have pictures of the inside of the restaurant that would be great too!

We LOVED Rose and Crown! Come hungry. We made the mistake of having a bigger lunch, and then an early dinner ADR. Ouch.
Dh also recommends the Black and Tan! :thumbsup2

We love the Rose & Crown also!(sorry I don't have any pix though; will get them in Nov.)

The staff is so friendly and there's nothing like enjoying that fish & chips, a pint, and watching Illuminations from the patio!:cloud9:

Yak & Yeti Yum everything looks so good...now I am wishing I had ADR's for this place..oh well looks like I may have to start planning my next rip before I leave for this one :cool1: :cool1:

Hey Tink! We loved Yak & Yeti! Maybe you can plan for it next time!

Yak & Yetilooks good .Those fried wontons look delish!!

The fried wontons were AWESOME! We were on the Deluxe Dining Plan for 7 days, and I can honestly say that this was my second favorite dessert of the entire trip. (Second only to the Banana Butterscotch Buzz at California Grill.)

How are the Yak and Yeti potstickers? I love potstickers.

And is the pineapple on the wonton dessert grilled? I also loved grilled pineapple :)

The potstickers were really good! I liked the ahi tuna better, though.

I can't remember if the pineapple was grilled or not...I think not...either way, that wonton dessert was AWESOME.

Mmm, I think I'd go to Yak & Yeti just for those fried wontons. Please tell me they taste as good as they look!

We are already talking about our next trip, and I will most definitely go back to Yak & Yeti. I've been craving those fried wontons ever since we had them!
YES!! They are EVEN BETTER than they look.

yak and Yeti looks so good! I'm calling tomorrow to get reservations!

Good call. :thumbsup2 I've read some negative reviews for Yak and Yeti, but we thought it was awesome!

How was the tuna at Yak and Yeti? Was that an appetizer?

It was absolutely delicious. Of the four appetizers we ordered, this was my favorite. I ordered this appetizer, and I think I ate every last bite of it. It was wonderful!

:woohoo: wow those Yak & yeti look sooooo yummy.

It WAS yummy! :cloud9:

Those Y & Y pictures are making me sooo hungry. I have an ADR there for September. I can't wait.

I hope your experience is as positive as ours. We loved it.
