It was yummy! It was a huuuuge bowl with a bottom layer of whole wheat noodles covered in a light olive oil/garlic balsamic glaze. On top of that were portabello mushrooms, broccoli, red peppers, another vegetable type or two that I can't remember. An then on top of all THAT was sprinkled some feta cheese and crowned with a pretty garnish. The crostini bread that came with it was also good...crunchy crusty cheesy bread.

How was that Bianca flatbread???

It was absolutely delicious...about twelve inches long and covered in cheese! The spices sprinkled on top, too, were perfect...enough to give it a zing but not so much as to overpower the cheese.

Dbf and I HAVE HAVE HAVE to go to Tony's Town Square for lunch everytime we are at disney JUST so we can have our favorite pizza in the world.

the first time DH and I went to WDW as a couple we had lunch at Tony's and ordered the 6 cheese (bianca) flatbread.

I remember drooling over it

well we went back 2 years ago and ordered it again - it wasn't the same.

i was soooo looking forward to it but when we got it i was unimpressed

disappointing

yeah its layered with lime, strawberry, mango and i believe green apple.. i would prefer it without the green apple, but it was yummy as always

Thanks for the reply! I had a regular in Dec. at Cantina de San Angel and it was too strong and tequila-y. I couldn't finish it. I will be trying the fiesta on the next trip.

Ah well, that is understanding. I know that if the next time I have it the taste would be different, I too would be disappointed! Maybe it has gotten better again? Or... what if when you and your DH went it was even BETTER than it was now??
