What kind of cheese was that? And how was the apple cobbler? Was it warm or cold?

What was this dessert? I looks different.

i'm curious too! i love the little chocolate (or whatever it is) picture of lady and the tramp!

i don't mean to answer for the OP, but i had both of these at '50's PTC in september. the cheese is fried herb cheese. it's fried and crispy on the outside and creamy on the inside. i cut into it with my knife and then spread it over the bread that's served with it. it's a great combination with the fruit!

and the cobbler was served warm with ice cream on top. it was good, although i didn't eat much of it because i was too full!

HOW DO YOU DO THAT??? (step by step please)
How do you copy/paste an image and the words? I just cant seem to get that to work. The words I have no trouble with, its the image I'm not seeing post.

copying and pasting is not necessary. they make it really easy with the "quote" button at the bottom of each post. so if you want to quote someone, just hit the "quote" button and you will see what they wrote in your reply and just type what you want to underneath it. if you want to quote more than one person, hit the little quotation mark/plus sign button for each person you want to quote, then hit "reply" and all the quotes will be in your post. :thumbsup2

While im on this thread I wanted to mention a few things from my last trip:

Figaro Fries have changed! I wanted to try them soooo bad and they are now Cheese and bacon bit fries....when I got them I said to the CM working there that it wasn't what I thought they were. she said they had just changed them and she wasn't happy about it.

I'd like to know about this too. I had them last year for the first time ever and they were awesome...I loved them.... Does that mean they don;t come with the lettice, tomatoe and sour cream anymore? Just cheese and bacon?

marcie... I love your picture posts!!! You take good pictures!
Flying Fish looks REALLY good!!!
The location is the only drawback. I just never do the Boardwalk. I'm not into shopping, and it seems like a lot of hassle just for a meal... but that meal does look pretty darn good!

I'm also glad to see the pictures of the Scallops!!! I knew there was something I was forgetting on my Costco run tomorrow!!!!:rotfl2: (adding that to my shopping list!!!)
Next week we're having scallops and hamburgers. I stuff my hamburgers with chiles, onions, garlic, and (my favorite) Habaneros in Grenadina (sp?) and coat them thick in Moes Southwestern rub. When I make a burger, its only 50% meat!!! They barely stay together, but they are mouthwatering. Then I smoke them over charcoal and Jack Daniels wood chips in the weber till fully cooked and crispy on the outside. I haven't had a burger anywhere yet that could compare... which is saying lot since I always burn my chicken and fish. (I know...:offtopic: )

i never got the fried cheese appy at 50s - always thought (wrongly!) that the cheese was more firm - now that it's been mentioned how it can be spread, i'll be considering it for december!

Thats how they were when I got them, I hope they decide to go back to the original fries by Nov when I go back so I can finally get to try them!!
