Starring Rolls Cafe at Hollywood Studios...

Is this strawberry shortcake? If so was it good?

The main street bakery at Disneyland has awesome strawberry shortcake but haven't been able to find anything that comes close to it at WDW

Yummmmmmmmmmmmm!!! Zebra Domes are my ABSOLUTE favorite thing! Its the one thing (plus a chocolate covered banana) that I must get when i go there! Hahaha!

Not sure about the picture in question, but I really like the Strawberry shortcake at Sunshine Seasons in the Land Pavillion in Epcot. Here's a picture:



I have tried that shortcake while it was good I prefer more cake than whip cream... so the search continues.....

here's what the shortcake looks like from the Disneyland Main St Bakery there is another layer of cake at the bottom - I had it for breakfast every morning

You're welcome! I love that place, especially first thing in the morning. We went during morning EMH and it was so peaceful. The food is so yummy.

Does Starring Rolls serve only sweet roll and cookie type items or do they also have bagels sandwiches, etc.?

Sunshine Seasons, The Land, Seared Tuna on Mixed Greens with Sesame Rice Wine dressing $8.39 (substituted another dressing-this is a very good salad-we had it twice last trip )

Kona Cafe, Polynesian, White Chocolate Cheesecake - $5.49 DNiece's favorite dessert.


Narcoossee's, GF, Almond-crusted Cheesecake with Lambert Cherry Sauce $8 MY favorite Dessert!

Narcoossee's, Grand Floridian, Fried Calamari with a pepperoncini relish $12 Yummo! We also ordered one for the non-adventurous at our table w/o relish-also Yummo!

Narcoossee's, GF, Surf and Turf - Grilled Filet Mignon and Butter-Poached Lobster Tail, potato gratin and green peppercorn brandy sauce $58

Narcoossee's, GF, Grilled Salmon - Yukon gold potatoes, sunchokes, baby carrots, young spinach and white truffle beurre blanc $28

And Finally, something you never want to see

I have looked thru all pages of this and the previous thread and made many ADR choices based on things we saw. We didn't take many food porn pics on our last trip but plan to this year!

From Pizzafari ... Chicken Parm sandwich, Italian sandwich and pepperoni pizza. The sandwichs were very good, pizza just Ok.

It all looks so good...unfortunetly we did not take any pictures of food eaten when we were there but I would have to say our 2 favorite places were Jiko in AKL and Crystal Palace character breakfast and our least favorite place was the Akershus Banquet Hall in Norway in WS in Epcot....

When was the last time you were there? I haven't been able to find it for a while. Last trip was Nov 07. I'll look again in 2 weeks.
